The service here is absolutely awful. My fiancé and I went here about a week ago for a snack in between our visits to see our son in the NICU at Mercy SJ down the road. We’re big fans of TB and we were the only ones in the drive thru and the lobby was empty so we thought this would be a good choice for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My fiancé got the Ghost Pepper Daredevil Griller Box and I got the new Chipotle Daredevil Griller and a Spicy Potato Soft Taco. We waited a lot longer than we had expected considering the joint was literally empty with the exception of the two of us. When we got our food, my fiancé noticed his griller wasn’t grilled at all and was basically just tortilla and ghost pepper sauce and his burrito that also comes in the box fell apart in his hands upon trying to take the first bite. The griller that I had ordered was not what I got at all. I ordered the Chipotle Daredevil Griller and when I was unwrapping it I noticed a huge glob of sour cream all over the wrapper that got on my clothes(nice job, guys) and immediately knew it wasn’t right. They gave me the chipotle chicken griller that hasn’t been on the menu in quite a while. My potato soft taco was equally as disappointing– the whole thing was lettuce and the little amount of potatoes in it were cold and hard. My fiancé, having worked at a Taco Bell in high school before having managed many kitchens in real, established restaurants and pubs, knows that if you aren’t satisfied with your meal or something is made wrong, you can call and have your food replaced or at least get a refund. When he called, a woman said she was very sorry and took his name so we could have our food remade when we came back. We returned later that night and the«manager» told him he wouldn’t just give him free food and refused even though he told him about the wait and how our order was very sloppily made and incorrect. He even gave the man out receipt to show him we indeed had been there earlier the same day and we weren’t just trying to get free food. The man took the receipt and told my fiancé to leave and continued to follow my fiancé out to his car and tried to write down his license plate number and call the cops because he «slammed the door». What the hell Taco Bell? We called again the next day to inform the General Manager about the man’s actions and she said we most certainly would get this resolve if we came in again. The same«manager» was there again when we came in the morning and again, he refused even after being told we had talked to the GM. This location obviously doesn’t care about their customers at all(as if you couldn’t tell by their overall rating on here) and will go to above and beyond to display that. I don’t know why it takes 10 minutes to make fast food especially when you’re not even taking the time to get the order right or even wrap a burrito so that it doesn’t fall in someone’s lap. This location needs a new manager and definitely some new team members in the kitchen if they ever want people to come back an keep giving them their money. Very unimpressed and disappointed, if I could give ZERO stars, I most certainly would.

I stopped buy yesterday around 4pm and there was nobody in the drive they or the restaurant so they where very slow at the time. I ordered a $ 5 box for me a chipotle griller and and a potato soft taco for my wife. The griller in my box was not grilled and fell apart because of a terrible wrap job my burrito supreme had no cheese and maybe a peice of a tomatoe my girl friend got a griller that wasn’t even a menu item and she didn’t eat it then her potatoe taco was cold and had nasty potatoes. So I called and they said they would remake my food anytime just drop in so I did about 930 that night. And I talked to someone who called himself a manager but has no idea how to run a restaurant. He refused any refund or new food so I left and he followed me out the door.

Two tacos. A half hour. It wasn’t rush hour. It wasn’t crowded. This didn’t have to be a one-star review, but there was no apology, no attempt at compensation, just two tacos taking thirty minutes to receive.

Ew. I hate TB. I have always hated TB. The two times I ate TB I got bad poop problems. I just do not understand when Hubby says, «lets swing by for a late night snack.» Ew. Really *raise eyebrows. Ok, so through the drive thru(couldn’t understand the girl thru the speaker) for whatever it is he wanted… burrito something, takes a minute then drive thru window girl comes with his order. Ketchup? Hot sauce? The bag is messy & it just stinks. I’m sorry but did I say that I hate taco bell? I suppose its not a very subjective review. Chalk it up to wifely devotion! I guess if you’re hungry and there isn’t another restaurant open and there isn’t any food in the fridge and you’re starving(not me) then you could hit this place after the bar when you’ve burned off all your taste buds from drinking tequila shooters all night. Cheap food isn’t always your best option. Hate those double burners!

Are you kidding me, this place is a joke. The manager wanted to fight me in the parking lot!!. 35 minutes in the drive threw. I told him I was not hungry did not want the food anymore. Do not see how this place stays in business. Stay away.

Just came here for drinks and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, there’s no reason even if it’s busy it should take that long. If orders aren’t ready have the people pull over.

I’ve been wanting some taco bell nachos and I rarely go to this location but I was in the area. I wish I didn’t! Chips are all stale there’s barely any toppings especially the beef! Worst part is I’m already home and put my daughter down so I can’t take it back!

The service is the best part of this taco bell location. It is a convenient location for me, next to raleys. Very old and dirty, needs to be updated. Prefer the taco bell at sunrise and winding way.

Got 2 things wrong on my order. One item not in the bag, and ordered a Dorioes nacho cheesy Gordita crunch and got charged for one, but it was just regular CGC with nacho sauce squirted on it. «Would you like sauce?» «Fire sauce please» «About how many do you think you’ll need?» wtf. There is a better Taco Bell at Greenback and Auburn area. Worth the extra mile or two.

Service is awful. We wait to be served for a long time and we were the only people in line. There are way too many kids(rude loud middle schoolers) here! The old blonde hair lady working here encourages their bad behavior. Avoid this location from 3 – 5!

No service… we left It was about 12:50 p.m. on Monday, lots of people at the restaurant, but three of us customers were in line with nobody at the counter to wait on us. Nobody in the back even acknowledged us to assure someone would be right up. We each decided to just go elsewhere because of lack of service. Why wouldn’t they have people working the register at lunch time?

At the end of the day, it’s Taco Bell. Even with that said, since I paid over $ 5 for a chicken grilled stuft burrito and got nothing more 5 tidbits of chicken, it’s worth noting that there’s definitely some improvement needed here. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and same thing… plus the cheese wasn’t completely melted. The regular nachos which is pretty hard to mess up were stale. I try not to be overly critical but when things are this bad, it’s worth reviewing. I gave a 2 star because the service was kind despite the food.

This is twice now I’ve gotten stuck in the drive thru line. The food is just Taco Bell so it doesn’t make up for the ridiculous wait. I even checked that cars were indeed moving before getting into line but I was sadly mistaken. The first time my husband was able to walk over to cvs, pick out a present and wrapping supplies and get back to me whole I had moved up one spot. This time I’ve listened to 4 songs now since ordering and I’ve moved two spots. I wish there was an easy out but I can’t even back up with this guy behind me rocking out. And at least last time they offered a free drink for the wait. I didn’t take it bit at least it was offered.
