Senior Care Solutions is a leading resource and referral center in the Greater Sacramento area. We find options for seniors. Whether setting up in-​home care, choosing a residential care community or a nursing home– or simply needing a specific community resource– we are here to listen and assist in your journey. Our services are free, with the exception of in-​depth consultations that range in price depending on the time involved. At Senior Care Solutions, we strive to Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism and always do what is in the best interest of the person needing care.

History

Established in 1997.

Carol Kinsel started Senior Care Solutions in 1997, after a life-​changing experience caring for her father who had Alzheimer’s disease. As she navigated a maze of care options, services and unanswered questions, Carol realized the confusion and frustration facing families with seniors in crisis. The experience changed the course of her life and thus began her mission to help others on their journey

Carol Kinsel, owner of Senior Care Solutions, a resource center specializing in care options for seniors, has been working with families and facilities in the greater Sacramento region for the past 13 years. She is the past Board President for Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center located in Carmichael, CA. Graduating with a degree in Biology from California State University at Sacramento, Carol worked for 18 years as a Dental Hygienist before starting Senior Care Solutions. Her personal experience of caring for a father with Alzheimer’s disease has given her passion and true understanding to deal with seniors and their families when faced with placement decisions. Ethics, professionalism and compassion are of utmost importance and have given Senior Care Solutions the outstanding reputation they have in the senior care industry.
