Great place to pick up those windshield wipers when you need it in a pinch! It was even better because they were open pretty early in the morning before eight am.
Customer service was awesome too! I wished I got his name but he was able to put the wipers on for us as well. Thank you so much!
Be aware that the pointer on the map is incorrect. They are located next to Raleys on the corner of Madison & Hazel. If we happen to need something & we are in the area we will be back!

I bought a battery at this location August 2011 that had a 72 month warranty (first two years full replacement) and it died last week. I took it back to this location and had no issues with them honoring my warranty and the employee (sorry I forgot her name) was very pleasant, checked to make sure it was in stock and then she rang me up with the correct pro-​rated amount. Nic took it out to my car and replaced the old with the new. He was very professional and made conversation while doing the work. I asked him some questions and found out that he was a high school student which impressed me even more! Thanks Nik for being so professional and for making sure to protect my car as you changed the battery.
I tried to give him a tip but he politely turned it down, I thanked me, and he wished me a good evening. Great customer service! I have bought items at other locations and they have helped me install and always took the tip.
After doing some checking I was told they are not suppose to take any tips but not 100% sure that is correct. I understand their reasoning for this if it is true but I personally would like the opportunity to make that decision myself. If they had not been able to put it on I would have had to find another way and it would have cost me much more than the few dollars I tried to give to Nik.

Great store in a great location the staff are very friendly no pressure to buy extra parts from what you came in looking for. Christopher the assistant manager was a big help and helping me find wiper blades when the machine was not working where you pick what wiper blades you need

This location is always helpful. They take care of my needs and do it with a smile. The even offered to put my windshield wipers on in a rainstorm. I did it myself, but the fact that the offered was great.

O’Reilly has a solid distribution channel that runs business off big data to ensure stock levels are in line with product demand.

Buyer’s beware!!! I will never shop at O’Reilly’s ever again, I was basically accused of stealing a car light bulb that I was trying to return. very dishonest. I’m so disappointed, if you buy expensive car parts make sure you take note of all the codes in case you have to return the same thing doesn’t happen to you!

I consider myself much man. However, knowing cars is not something I was raised with.
That being said, the two guys I dealt with guided me toward all of the right parts and key pieces I needed, and then (while demonstrating much patience) even came out to watch me fail many times at what I was trying to fix up my car with. Despite my many failings, he was great with his patience, and eventually, I got the hang of it, and now my car has a locked on gas lid. (Harder than it sounds… at least to me it was).

Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, O’reilley…they were that good, it made me wanna «sing» their jingle.

When I want to spruce up my car I make a stop here for soap, wax, leather interior cleaner, tire shine and I get down to business. It is a one stop shop to make my ride look fabulous.
They have a pretty decent selection and the prices are alright. They are courteous and have always been quick to offer help. I’m no mechanic so I just go in there for whatever will make the car look pretty, make it shine, and smell good and I always leave with that and a little more.

This is my local Kragen and as such is one of the primary parts shops I go to along with Napa and their ilk. I’ve always found that the staff there are super friendly, helpful, and generally fairly knowledgeable about car related topics. The selection is comparable to any of your local small parts shops, with the more specialty items requiring sourcing through places like Monument, but with the recent change to O’Rielly Auto Parts, I’m starting to see more and more parts they carry having been made in America and I’d gladly pay a little more for that.
