Me and my boyfriend come here 3 – 4 times a week and LOVE it. The owner and his son are really friendly and they have the best flavors. Fruit is always fresh, and they have lots of toppings to choose from. Also, couches and board games?! YES! They always have new delicious flavors, just tried the strawberry lemonade. BOMB!!!

My recent experience with Mix-​It is a bit different than others in recent months. I can’t warrant a 5 star. I didn’t have anything negative about my experience nor anything particularly outstanding either. Not certain but believe this is an independent froyo shop.
The interior seemed somewhat worn and the color scheme is not what I had expected. Perhaps it was recently painted inside but the color choice left me with a «dusty» pink impression, not the calm, modern cool grey I’d expected. Noticeable wear and tear in places. I didn’t get the feeling that much thought went into the counter, the toppings placement, nor the toppings cooler. It felt things were just placed down on a counter. Even though it’s not old, I got an old-​and-​not-​updated feeling.
OK. So what if the interior isn’t perfect … I agree, it’s also about the froyo. The yogurt flavors weren’t very interesting and I had seen those same flavor names at another froyo (of another name) location recently. I was curious and found information on their website that they use a Dannon product. The toppings were average and some of the dry goods containers looked dusty.
Again, nothing great but nothing horrible. In fairness, I did visit in the «off season» when it was cold outdoors. There’s likely to be less customers at this time of year and product turnover is likely much longer.
Please don’t take this as a negative review. Everything was A-​OK. I will be back, the weather will change, it’s in my «hood», and hope to update with a stronger rating in the near future.

We went for the first time last night. This place is amazing. Great selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. We will definitely be going back. The staff was friendly and the lounge area was very comfortable. Glad to see this place is in the neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been coming here for several years and the owner is friendly. You can also get a stamp card that goes towards a coupon :) Yogurt is tasty, establishment is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

I’ve been to a good amount of frozen yogurt establishments but this one tops them all. Whether it’s the service and friendly faces of the staff or the clean and comfortable interior, it’s just a great frozen yogurt shop all around. There is an ever-​changing selection of yogurt including, non-​dairy and sugar free options, and also a regular selection of the standard favorites. There is also a very large and well organized buffet selection of toppings including fresh fruit, candies, and crunchy treats to finish off your perfect cup. Inside there are very comfortable couches and tables for relaxing and socializing with friends along with board games to play and a large flat screen TV to watch, which is normally set on the food or travel network. The outside patio area also has tables available for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. This is definitely a very warm and welcoming place to enjoy a cold treat making you feel comfortable and wanting to return again.

I LOVE coming here! I’ve come here quite a few times now and loved everyone who has helped me. They are very kind and make you feel very comfortable. It feels like home away from homenhere. They have games and couches and a tv and you kust feel like you can kick back and really relax. I also REALLY love the Eurotart flavor and they always have some great additional flavors that change a lot. Definitely my go to froyo joint :)

Not sure how I missed this place, considering we live just a hop skip and a jump away, but yummy! I always treat myself when I’m having a not so great day. I love that they have flavors that are always there and also have weekly flavors that alternate. Great selection of toppings and customer service is always excellent!

This spot is good but can be better by customer services: greetings, friendliness look, ask if it’s my first time or been here before so if I needed help then I can ask without seeing the cashier have this weird look on his or her face?!
I stop by on a friday night, around 9 pm on my work hour and wanted to try this spot out! I haven’t try this frozy spot out yet and was excited to give it a go. I’ve seen peeps comes and go from this spot and feel like it’s a good spot. There was no peeps there when I enter it. Feeling like I was gonna get a good service from the cashier since it’s my 1^st time here! All I get was a weird look on the cashier’s face like why am I here and am I gonna buy any frozy?! Awkward feeling! Customer service is my line of work and inprinting the welcomeness, I can help you anytime you asked demeanor attitude, ask customers if it’s their 1^st time or visit before right from the start of stepping inside the door, and just wanting to put on a smile on their faces. In another term is to make their day a awesome experience minus what was going on in their life already!
The variety of flavors is good but more flavors is better then just a few in my opinion! Haha. The toppings is also good but it needs more to top it of! The free taste was not mention so I didn’t asked! The fresh fruits should be more because there was not that much for me to top my cup of! I live the burst bubble and it is truly a good feeling! Lol. In my experience, it was ok to good but not better to great so i give a 3 star! Overall, it needs some minor touch-​up on some levels and it will be a 5 star in my book!
I eat out most of the time when I’m working around the surrounding of sacramento, fair oaks, citrus heights, carmichael, south sacramento, elk grove, roseville, rio linda, rocklin, lincoln, west sacramento, stockton, modesto, fresno, lodi, and loomis but keep on forgetting to post my experience visit! Oh well, lol, I’ll remember to do so next time when I stop there for a bite out of life so whoever is around that part of the town knows my experience and I am Damn good on being honest on my visits! Lol. Thank you mix it yogurt for the experience on that busy Friday and I’ll be back to see if it’s better or the same! Lol. Until next treat, stay hungry for more surprises!

Tried this place for the first time the other night and it was excellent. Friendly staff, very clean and nice environment. Huge selection of toppings to choose from and a good variety of different yogurt flavors. There is also a tv and games to play as well. It couldn’t have been any better. We will be visiting again soon. Thank you!

Awesome frogurt! Lots of different tasty options and lots of different toppings. My gf loves the caramel turtle flavor. She is thoroughly enjoying it lol! Love her and her delicious ways. This is THE yogurt spot.

We love coming here after school. The owner is friendly, the premises are clean, the flavors change just often enough & are very tasty. They also post the flavors to come which is nice. They have inside & outdoor seating. Lots of games & a tv to keep you occupied. Lots of free parking, s-​bucks next door for free wifi. Check this place out!

Great place for frozen yogurt. Big variety of toppings to choose from and stays open late Staff were friendly and helpful.
Flavors changed regularly. I think there were 8 to choose from when I went yesterday. Some were nonfat and they also had lowfat.

Lots of great flavors to choose from, chocolate, lemon, peach, strawberry, pomegranate, red velvet and vanilla! Perfect place to stop on a hot day or even late at night on the weekends. They are open until 11pm!

Standard frozen yogurt offering. Clean place. Couches are a nice touch, but not if you have little kids. Opted for the regular table and chairs for my messy eaters.

The yogurt was really yummy even though it’s got very little sugar and calories. The owner was nice and helpful. The place had a great setup and was clean and orderly. What more could you ask for?

Really good froyo. The prices are pretty average. They have a good selection of yogurts and toppings. The toppings always look fresh and the whole store is very clean.

The best mom & pop yogurt shop in Fair Oaks. They love my kids and treat them really well. They make it special for them every time.

Decided to come here due to the high ratings and pictures of chocolate cover strawberries as toppings?! I’m sold. Sadly, there were no chocolate covered strawberries. But that didn’t completely disappoint me.
I got the wildberry yogurt with cheesecake pieces, blueberries and yogurt covered raisins. The yogurt was alright, not much variety. Overall, the whole experience was average.

I stopped in on a rare warm February afternoon and was greeted by a worker offering samples. I tried the Red Velvet Cake and Heath Toffee flavored frozen yogurts and was completely sold. Easy enough, until I noticed all the toppings. Crushed Heath Bar to top my Heath Toffee frozen yogurt? Affirmative. White chocolate chips, or tiny yogurt chips? Decisions, decisions. Fresh apple pie?! Hell to the yes. Wonderful variety of fruit, cereal, all things crunchy, gummy, and chewy, and even liquidy (think caramel, melted marshmallow, peanut butter, etc.) sat on the counter, welcoming me to dive right in.
The couches and flat screen TV were simply too inviting for me to overlook and walk past when I was done with my selections. I sat for a while with my treats. I watched the Food Network. It was a nice brief time out from the busyness of my day.
