Went in here some time ago and I am big on customer service. The employee knew his product and was very helpful. I thought I’d feel uncomfortable with a male helping me but it was completely professional and comfortable. Great prices as well. :)

Haha, so I came to the goody store for some fun. Walking in here, you’d think that everyone looks at you like your a sex maniac. Just a horn dog!
I actually love coming in here. The girls at the counter aren’t creepy or weird. They seem to know a lot about the products and when they give suggestions to any questions I have. They look you in the eyes and are so serious, but comfortable serious, whatever that means.
I think being able to feel comfortable as you go into a sex shop is a big deal. There’s even a man who works at the counter (or there used to be) and he was fun to talk to. It has never felt creepy at all. The lingerie here is super sexy. I’ve bought some drop dead gorgeous outfits and I feel like they are off good quality bc I’ve had them for so long.
Around October, they also sell Halloween costumes. Sexy, beautiful, cute and some are very skanky… but for Halloween, it’s ok!

Staff is really nice, and they have some cute lingerie, but when it comes down to it, they just don’t have as much selection as most of the other shops in the area.
What they do have more of than anyone else is cool stuff for bachelorette parties… you know… candy d! c#$, signs to flash at other cars on the drive, d! c# cake pans… why is it that guys celebrate their last night of supposed freedom with perfume covered boobies in their faces, and we’re supposed to put a bunch of phallic objects in our mouths? I wouldn’t mind having some nice pecs in my face… keep that in mind in case of the unlikely event that I ever get married, please.
For the few battery operated unmentionables that they do carry, I have found the prices to be higher than most, but they often have good coupons from Unilocal and also from their sister stores. What? I was just, um, buying a wedding gift. Yeah, let’s go with that.
I would mostly recommend this store for kids (18 year olds) and newcomers to the whole Duracell-​powered world. It’s a good place to kind of test the waters without getting overwhelmed with 137 varieties of blown glass (0(#$.

The cashier was so sweet & welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable. I’m not from the area so he chatted me up a bit and gave me so ideas of places to check out during my stay in the area.
Prices are fair but I gotta tell ya!!, that Unilocal deal really hooks u up! Since I will be in town a while he threw in a little packet of lube and a $ 5 off discount for my next purchase. I will be back if I get bored of my new toys

place is not your typical sleazy sex shop, clean inside and out well lit easy
homeless people out wandering around or pervert hitting on you while you’re searching for the next purchase. Decent prices and there is a Unilocal deal currently for $ 50 worth for $ 25. good selection of Items, good location. The staff on the other hand is unhelpful. when I was there the large black haired tattooed woman behind the counter with anything but helpful. I was the only one in the store until another couple came in I actually heard your stay well and I don’t know what I can do for you maybe you should go somewhere else. not outstanding in the customer service department!

We had a wonderful time returning back to our hometown store today! We saw a lot of new and different products that we haven’t seen even in SoCal. Nicole was super helpful; she was very knowledgeable about the products and had great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Love this store. Costumers service is always amazing. Ive even seen them deal with some unreasonablely rude costomers and keep there calm better than I could. Go and ask about the 25 for 55. DONT MISS OUT

I came here looking for a few goodies and noticed that Unilocal had a $ 50 for $ 25 deal! Hello! That is an excellent deal. Half off is quite a deal, I was sold!
As I walked in the store, I was the only person there. The clerk was super friendly and was helpful answering a few questions that I had. The store was well kept, clean and organized.
I got my stuff for half off and left a happy girl! :-)

I usually go to the Arden Kiss-​N-​Tell, but ventured out to the Fair Oaks location because Arden was out of a particular size of something I really wanted to purchase that day. Luckily the Fair Oaks store had it.
The vibe of this location was slightly quieter and less warm than I’m used to… but I like the multi-​room, multi-​level layout, and the dedicated raver gear corner (tutus, furry boot covers, wigs and neon lingerie) made me giggle. Also this location had more lingerie brands, some of which I hadn’t seen at any other local adult shops. I really liked the soundtrack playing overhead, it made me want to bust a move while shopping! Overall not my favorite but A-​OK.

Nice people. Good selection. Although there have been a few times the products I bought here broke within the first attempt at use. I know there is a «no return» policy… and for a good reason. They did let me return one of the products (I called right away when I got home after testing the product). The other one I won’t try… it was actually used. And the unfortunate thing (again not on the store) is that to return to the manufacturer for their guarantee, you end up having to pay more than you actually paid for the product.

I posted a review a few days ago in which I was not happy with the circumstances at the time. I am very pleased to post another review. The owner of Kiss-​N-​Tell has made things right with me. He was appologetic and has turned me around as a customer. I will defifnitely return for purchases in the future. Thank you for your responsible ownership.

A few days ago I went to this store to buy my friend an egg vibrator for her birthday. (Poor thing had been without for a while because her last one broke and she’s been strapped for cash.) So, I decided to get her one for her birthday, no one should be denied pleasure just because they’re poor.
I pulled into the parking lot and though I’m not a fan of the aesthetic choices of the place I try to not judge too much based on that. I’m not a big fan of «novelty» sex toys or bachelorette party décor those are pretty prevalent here. The sex toy selection seems to be decent, not amazing, but decent. I didn’t have a chance to look at the porn section, because I needed to head back to get the present wrapped before the party.
The woman behind the counter was probably the worst part of the experience for me. She was texting the entire time I was there and only looked up from the screen to process my purchase. I have no problem with people texting at work, but when the store is empty and a customer walks in put the phone down, greet them and ask if they need any help.
When I was making my purchase she asked me if that was all and I replied that it was for a friend and that it was her birthday, but that I might be back later for myself and to look around more. For some reason, she felt the need to tell me that most of the time when someone says that something is for someone else it’s really for them. Now, I’m not a shy person when it comes to sex toys, but if I were shaming me is definitely not the way to treat me when I’m buying something. That aside, it’s just poor customer service to attempt to call someone out on who a purchase is for. It’s petty and entirely unnecessary.
Given that I drove down from Auburn to be treated this way, I doubt I’ll be back. There are a couple small stores here that I may look into later. For now though, I’m fine with ordering from Good Vibrations, Early to Bed or Babeland.

Great little shop with a sense of humor. That factor is a necessity in an adult store. Is that a glass dildo in the fish tank? Oh, my! :)
They have lingerie, bachelorette party type stuff, toys, videos, etc. They carry Shunga, Chocoholics, Kama Sutra, Earthly Body, and other major brands. Not sketchy or skanky, just a fun place to stop on a late night.

My parents sometimes enjoy reading my reviews, so this is a little embarrassing. But I actually think this a great, well-​run shop.
I’ve been here a couple times for my own enjoyment as well as for when I need to buy amazing and embarrassing bachelorette party paraphernalia. Take a look at the awesome cake I constructed using one of their super convenient cake molds! I guess that the best way to write this review without shaming my parents too much is to say they have really great selection, the people who work there know the products well, and it’s just a cute little shop!

What can I say, raunchy sex shop. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to open my own intimate boutique here in the Sacramento area. A store where the service assistance are friendly and knowledgeable. Whose with me?
I simply cannot stand how awful I feel walking into to a store designed for intimacy that is lacking on so many levels. Bad funky lighting, cheap lingerie, toys plastered everywhere on the walls in the back room. A huge selection of porn videos and magazines. Quite the variety of plus size lingerie (I only know this because I always find the outfit I love and its only in a plus size — boo for me for staying trim). They have tons of gag gifts and party supplies.
They lack; ambiance, personalized & attentive customer services, quality items, shoes & candles, rose petals, and charm.
They have; tons of cheap toys & lingerie, adult gift galore, bad light and funky atmosphere with rude attendants.
Also, you have to try on anything as they have a firm return policy. The dressing room is a small closet.
Be prepared to flash your DL at the door or your waiting outside like a puppy for your friend to shop w/​o you.
Why do I go here? Are there any other options in Sacramento (don’t say Adam and Eve because they are just as bad)?
Seriously, I’m going to open a store that is going to close down the raunch in this town and add an element of class and style to the intimate shopping experience — time to weed out the suck in Sacramento.

This place is in Fair Oaks, with another location in Arden (as opposed to another Unilocaler’s review). They’ve got the porn stuff, but they also have the fun toys. It’s a great place to gather bachelorette party items.
Bonus: they’ve got life-​size blow up dolls!!!

This store has actually moved to 2401 Arden way. I think it was a better shop when it was in the Fair Oaks location. I recently went in and found a very skimpy lingerie selection, mostly dull looking DVDs for RENT — blah and the DVDs that were for sale were weird fetish pornos like old bald men doing barely legal girls. *sigh*
Instead of being full with novelties and naughty items as it once used to be it felt barren and like some kind of out of date discount shop for items no one has any interest in any more.
