I heard good things about Dr. Fujikawa since my wife went to him for many years. I started going to him with mixed results. After 3 visits he told me to see his physicians assistant Kristen Waggoner. As he took a back seat to his practice the service quality dropped. These two stars are for the support staff. If it was just Kristen I would give 4 stars. Because, It grew harder and harder to make appointments, get prescriptions filled and talk to nurses and other support staff. Not getting calls back, answering machine during office hours, and lost prescriptions became standard practice. My wife complained and complained and finally left. Now I am left with no medicine and a rude unhelpful staff as I explained I don’t have a car to pick up the prescription. So, I give up and they could care less.
