A graduate student of Cal Poly, SLO with two Masters Degrees and 20 years of experience as a professional educator, Rachel has devoted her life passionately toward helping people make educated decisions. She doggedly pursues the facts and presents the research so her clients are well informed and can make the most prosperous choices possible.
