Recently had my rental re-​roofed, other than having to postpone the job a few times due to weather condition, everything go smoothly. Ron gave me a great price over and other contractors, and willing to make customer happy by making even more concessions. The speed and quality of getting the job done was impressive. If there is any improvement from his side, I would only wish the communication could be more timely. Over all, a great contractor for your money…

a name is just a name. No call no show for an appointment scheduled 5 days earlier. When I called him he said he didn’t have my info but kinda remembered speaking to me. He would not be able to make it out today. When I said Integrity First huh he hung up on me.

–I called, and he answered the phone right away.
–I told him I needed a roofer to look at my roof and verify that roof problems were not contributing to my moisture in the walls, and that the roof probably was fine. He agreed to come out anyway.
–He came that very afternoon to look at my roof.
–He said there was no problem, and no charge for his visit. I had to insist on him taking some money for his time, and all he would take was $ 30.
I’m not a relative or friend of this guy, but he treated me like I was. Will definitely keep him in my contact list!!!

I never give five stars, but this time it is well deserved. Ron came in on time and on budget. I highly recommend his company for any roofing service you may need.

I realize as the first review most readers figure I’m a relative. I am not. It was recommended by another contractor friend that I call Ron. I have a tile roof and over the many years of Direct TV contractors and painters, many, many of my tiles were broken, and I had a small leak develop. I searched on Unilocal and had two other contractors come out to give me an estimate. The first guy spent about 10 minutes and told me I had several broken tiles and had some flashing problems. The second guy spent about 15 minutes and concurred with what the other guy said. Ron came out and spent nearly an hour on my roof looking under tiles and removing tiles and carefully inspecting the flashing around all of my pipes and chimney. I was concerned that he would be far too expensive. His bid was very good. He does the work himself as opposed to an unsupervised crew. Clean. Professional. Work done right.
