Crest At Fair Oaks

I had intended to stay only a couple months, but now I’ve been here for almost a year… and I can’t imagine a better place to live. The Crest apartments are lovely with great windows, warm gas fireplaces, and perfectly arranged kitchens.
The location is superb… within five minutes of the American River Trail and Old Fair Oaks Village. You can hear the summer concerts in the park from my balcony. If you don’t want to swim in the river, the Crest has a pool and hot tub. On top of all that, Tammie, Irene, and Ken, the property managers, are incredibly helpful and friendly.
Due to selling my house more quickly than expected, I signed up with the Crest within 24 hours of deciding to find an apartment. So I’ve looked around a little bit since I moved in, just to check my decision. I can’t find anything comparable to this great apartment… with respect to price, community, amenities, and location.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to live… look no further.
I have lived here for over 4 years and I love it. The apartments have high ceilings, granite counter tops, indoor washer and dryer, large closets, convenient garages, lots of windows, gas fireplace, all with a good floor plan. It is a relatively small complex with a sense of community. Once a month the management has a get together for us so we can socialize with our neighbors.
Management is very accommodating and if something needs fixing they are right on it immediately. The people who live here are wonderful too. There is a pool and a spa in the center of the complex.
The location of the Crest is within a very short walk to Old Town Fair Oaks, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, antique stores, hair salons and more. It is less than a mile from yoga classes, spin classes, the American River Parkway and boat ramps.
I highly recommend The Crest at Fair Oaks.

We have lived here for almost two years and the place is safe but on the higher range of prices. They maintain the place very well and the neighbors are nice. But watch out for those pigeons. There is a BBQ by the pool and jacuzzi. No gym :(

When it comes to apartment complexes, this is the best I’ve ever experienced. Great management, Dede is a family oriented, sweet prompt & responsive. Maintenance is super fast. Vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, fireplace, spacious, clean apartments. Small, close knit community. Heck we all do breakfast every other Sunday in the clubhouse, compliments of the Crest. Hot-​tub that works year round, a pool that’s practically untouched, feels like your own private back yard. Super friendly, with an assortment of unique neighbors, old/​young, retired/​biz professionals, few kids and quiet. I always preferred a house to an apartment, but if you have to live in an apartment that’s 1 mile from the river, bike trails, and surrounded by chickens in Old Town Fair Oaks — this is the one!
