I have used Rob Armstrong’s service for multiple garage door issues over the past 20 years and every time I’ve called him he’s answered the phone himself, he’s been able to come out the same day, he’s repaired it quickly and satisfactorily, and the cost was reasonable. I never hesitate to call him when we have an issue and won’t use anyone else until he retires.

We have used Armstrong for several years for both repairs and maintenance. They are prompt, efficient and perform excellent work at a reasonable price.

Highly recommend and I don’t write reviews often. I called in the morning and he was out here by lunchtime. We had a door that came halfway off the tracks and was stuck in a party open position. We were just hoping to get that fixed but he also helped program our remote too and all for a very reasonable cost.

We were very happy with the service. He was very friendly, honest, on time, and last but not least «Accurate» both with his assessments and work quality. It is so nice to have the ability to use our garage door again and he did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. Armstrong came out within a couple hours — quickly diagnosed the main problem, tuned up my door and tracks and it’s now working silently and better then ever — and for a very reasonable price. There’s no need to call anyone else — 5 stars.

Armstrong Garage Door has come out to my house twice when my old garage door was stuck in the open position. Of course this happens late in the day with night falling and BOTH times Robert has been able to come out within the hour to get the door closed. Ultimately we need a new opener and I will certainly go with him. Always speedy, affordable and always offering choices in different price ranges. I trust him and his work.

There are a lot of dishonest, overpriced garage door repair services. Several years ago, my mom was ripped off by one, charged many times what she should have for a relatively simple repair. I trust Armstrong for honest work at a fair price. When I needed to replace an old garage door opener several years ago, I found a decal for Armstrong by the door-​opener button in the garage. Apparently, the prior owner had used him. I called him to replace the opener. He did the job quickly and for a great price. More recently, we hired a contractor to do some work around our house. They hired another company to replace our old tilt-​up door for a sectional door. I asked them to keep the garage door opener since it wasn’t that old. A few weeks ago, my door started acting up and last night it stopped working. I was sure I’d have to replace the opener or buy some expensive parts. I decided to call Armstrong rather than the other company. I’m happy I did. Robert showed up in two hours. Turns out, the other company made some obvious installation errors and did some sloppy work that caused the issues. Armstrong fixed a number of problems with the installation. The door is now quieter than it has ever been. Armstrong showed me how to lubricate the door and screw — something the other company should have shown me. I could not believe the low price — especially after the time it took to fix all the problems. I’m sure Armstrong won’t always be able to show up as quickly as he did for me, and that the repair may not be as inexpensive as mine. But I trust Robert and I unhesitatingly recommend him.

My neighbor referred Armstrong Garage Door Service. They promptly showed up and replaced a broken spring. The installer then adjusted my door so it closed properly, lubricated the tracks on both doors, tightened down all screws, and checked my second door and opener. I had an unrelated wiring issue the following day and the installer returned and rewired my opener sensors and button at no charge. I will recommend them to my other neighbors and use their service again.

I have used Armstrong Garage Door Service two times and have been very happy with the service and the price each time. They had come highly recommended by both my parents and two neighbors.
