Almost impossible to make an appointment. What’s the point to have a company if you have to wait one month for them to see you? Bad business model. Even if the do a great job, bout cannot come over– what’s the point of it. I think they may feel that they are big and monopoly. Hope they will hire more people

About 3 years ago Reiner installed my central ac. They were polite helpful and did a great quick job. Now my ac needs a repair and
I do not have a contract with them. I called on May 26 2016 and was given an appt for June 28^th… I then call back and asked for an earlier appointment they said they have none, I should call periodically to check if they have a cancellation. So I called today around 9:30 am and the person was abrupt and rude when I was checking for any earlier appointment. I questioned her on the ²⁴⁄₇ service, I was thinking of obtaining it but she answered with a nasty tone stating I did not have a contract and abruptly hung up the phone on me. I called back and canceled my appointment. She was sarcastic and stated she would happily cancel it. Bye bye Reiner. No more business from me.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an emergency on a Saturday as my boiler had broken and water was coming out into my basement. Being a customer on contract, I called the emergency number and they got someone to come out to me in about 2 hours time. The bad news was that my boiler was beyond repair and I needed a new one. Within one hour a salesman was at my door representing Reiner. He was very concerned for us contract or no contract and calmed our fears by saying we will take care of you. We agreed for a new boiler installation and he promised us on Monday this would get done. He then went to the office and brought us back 2 space heaters so we can try and stay warm until Monday. We were very grateful for that. On Monday morning, the team arrived in 3 vans and 1 truck. All the workers that entered our house said hello and good morning and were very nice. Our salesman came also to make sure this was going according to plan. We had a crew of plumbers, HVAC guys, electricians, etc. Their goal was to have us up and running asap. Within that evening, i have to say our old boiler was taken out and our new one was up and running and this was not an easy job. They even got us financing! My family and I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees! They really took care of us in a time of need. I did a lot of research before choosing the Reiner Group to install a 4 ton Lennox rooftop HVAC unit for a store, and was delighted by my choice. They were stellar in every way: Extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, clean and competitively priced. Max, the estimator, went above and beyond in providing detailed explanations to my questions. While the job started out with a long lead time, when the old unit stopped generating heat in the midst of a cold snap, Reiner turned on a dime with incredible efficiency. I called on Wednesday afternoon and they showed up at 7AM Friday with a capable team of seven, completing the job that afternoon. And there was no surcharge despite it being a rush job! They built a curb adapter at their shop on Thursday (no time to wait for a factory retrofit), and their Friday crew included a foreman, electrician, plumber, crane operator and crane rigger/​signaler. They obtained building and parking permits and payed the police 24 hours in advance (a town requirement to direct traffic). I have much gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of Stu, Max, Matt, Pete, Wakime, Cindy and a few others whose names I don’t know. A technician came a few days after the unit was installed to do any needed fine tuning and to be sure things were working properly. They exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Terrible customer service. Short tempered and nasty on the phone. Would never do business with.

I recently had Central Air put into my 64 year old house, I went out for bids and Reiner came in the middle. They started the job on a Monday and were finished by Wednesday which included installing all the duct work. I must say that not only were they courteous, but they cleaned up each day as though they weren’t even there. Roy came each day to check up on the guys to ensure compliance with the contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have Heating and Air Condition work done. Well Done Reiner!!!

We have been residential customers of The Reiner Group for many years — which says how much we like Reiner. Their technicians have been punctual for each task. Reiner installed a new furnace in our home about 6 years ago. We have been very happy with the performance of the unit. Their work has been excellent on every assignment at our home. Reiner representatives have always answered our questions in a courteous, understandable, and professional manner.

I’ve had Reiner service my home for many years as well as install two new hot water heaters. They have been saving graces for us as our hot water systems have been operating to their optimum thanks to their knowledgable and courteous technicians. Never a worry, they are always there to help and give the most up to date information. Thank you to all that have come to get us going again!

I called Reiner for a repair on June 20, and the soonest they could send someone out was July 11^th. YIKES!!! Also, person on phone was rude. I too found another AC repair that came out the next day! And, they were extremely pleasant. Adiós to Reiner… never, ever again!

I called Reiner because our AC broke. They were quick to send a service man out the following day to «fix» our unit. Unfortunately, he billed me for an hour of service when it was no more than 30 minutes (He took multiple slow walks to and from the van, on the phone calling a coworker inquiring about our problem, and waited in the van another 10 minutes before coming back with the bill), not to mention we didn’t get any temporary cold air as was noted on the bill. Be careful since they get paid based on the time they put in but will time it perfectly so that they will make it out the door right before rush hour.
