The stylists here are extremely hit and miss(mostly miss). You’ll get a halfway decent haircut one time and then one that needs to be fixed the next. The fact that you don’t have to make an appointment kept me coming back — but today finishes it for me. My «stylist»(and I use that term VERY loosely) Talin gave me a 5 minute haircut. I could have done a better job doing it myself with my eyes closed. It’s about 10 different lengths — long hair in patches, far too short in other places. Of course she made sure to slick it all down before telling me she was done so I didn’t notice this until after I left. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your hair cut. This place is a joke and really shouldn’t be in business.

Shel was the stylist who cut my hair a few times. She does an excellent job and she is professional, polite, efficient and gives very good advice. It is challenging to find this, especially for the price of only $ 15. One other stylist cut my hair, Galina. She was excellent, also, but no longer works at the salon. Great Clips also provides some good specials. It is easy to get an appointment and walk-ins are fine. This is convenient. Great cuts and great prices — that is my experience.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Was there for haircuts for both of my daughters. My eldest with special needs and LOVES getting her hair cut/styled got in the chair for the stylist(also receptionist). In under a minute she had yelled at my child twice to sit still. This person has no tact, no sensitivity and didn’t bother to apologize when we all walked out. Awful experience and will never go back.

This was my first time here and had a great experience with Diane. I will now be a faithful customer! She did a great job on my hair and understood ‘Asian hair’ lol

This place mainly caters to the elderly and surrounding seniors. Walk ins are only good on off hours because they only have one or two stylists working at once. They use this on line app and promote it but do not follow it. I have checked in four times for a hair cut. The app tells you to arrive close to when your going to be called. The woman working there never follow it and always make you sit anyway. What the hell is the point of checking in on line for a cut and then having to wait anyway. Its easy to just open the door, scream in «how long of a wait» and then go somewhere else if its a long wait. The owner Barry is a little odd and seems to pop in often but never addresses the long waiting room or the phone that just rings. He sweeps the floor and walks out. I have only gone to one stylist(Diana). The others I tried were butchers and don’t listen. Diana does give a great haircut but I have to squeeze them in during meetings and this place is not accommodating at all. Back to ulta
