I specialize in making the dream of home ownership become a reality. I have worked with buyers and sellers in all aspects of Real Estate. I also provide rental services for people looking to rent a property or people looking to list their rental property. I am an expert in new construction as I hold residential construction inspection licenses with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. I have an established team of professionals in place to make the buying and selling process run smooth.

We also allow our clients to choose a non-​profit and we will donate 10% of our net commission to that group.

History

I have been making the «American Dream» come true since 2006 and take a very personal approach to the Real Estate Business. I work for my clients on their schedule, not mine. My first year in the business I was the top listing and selling agent within my office.

I am an honor graduate of Coatesville High School and went on to obtain my BA in Political Science from West Chester University. I am also an Eagle Scout with Troop 116 of Hibernia.

I am a local expert on Chester County I have lived and worked here for 36 years. My life has been dedicated to community and public service. I currently serve West Brandywine Township as an elected supervisor and Towamencin Township a their Director of Community Development and Codes. I previously served West Brandywine Township as an elected Auditor and served Valley Township as their building code official.

I love community service and feel there is no greater good than giving back to the community and I have volunteered for the Special Olympics, Easter Seals Society, West Chester Senior Center, Valley Township Parks and Recreation Department and the Caln Athletic Association.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, going to the beach, fishing and golfing.
