History
Established in 2012.
Corporal Dee BBQ opened its doors in late 2012 by Ken, a retired US Marine Corps Veteran. Ken strives to provide the best product for his customers everyday, understanding that in order to give the best, you have to start with the best by making everything in house from a collection of recipes he’s gathered on his travels through the years. In addition, Corporal Dee BBQ continues to be an active member of the community by participating in local events and donating to various charities throughout the year.

Business Owner
Corporal Dee, otherwise known as the Pit boss, is a Certified Master BBQ Cook, a grad of BBQ U with Steve Raichlen, a Grill Master from Jack’s Old South Cooking School and a certified KCBS Judge. He has also completed an Apprenticeship through the National Barbecue Association and is the 2nd Place winner of Ribs in the 2011 BBQ Cookoff For A Cure in Hatfield, PA. Ken is also a classically trained Chef and a Veteran of the US Marine Corps.
