Buyer beware. Ripped off. I bought a Groupon for Latisse. Website on Groupon voucher does not exist. I am now hoping that Groupon will refund my $ 147.00.

If i could give negative stars i would.
I went here for filler removal. The pre and post photos didn’t show a change.
I went back for more filler removal since the pre and post pix look the same, but was convinced to do botox and filler instead which ended up being quite expensive (over $ 500)
Days later the pre and post pix was the same except i had bruises and swelling and lumps from the filler. The botox did not work.
I went back to dispute it since i was unhappy with the results and they said they need to use more botox and filler remover. They charged me another outrageous amount (over $ 500) which i was unhappy they’re charging me and they wanted me to sign multiple forms knowing they made mistakes to legally absolve them from their mistakes.
The pre and post pix of botox still look the same as before i even went to them except now I’m left with lumps from the filler and bruising.
I think one needs to know the dr and the place very well before getting anything injected because it can be dangerous and expensive.
I am not ever going back and I do not recommend going here.

I bought w groupon for juverderm. The office was so beautiful! The doctor was very friendly and nice to me. When I told her it was my first time she made sure they numbed my lips first. She explained everything and answered all my questions I had about other procedures. I will be coming here again!

Do not purchase groupon for this salon. The salon is extremely far and the representatives who make the appointments are the rudest that I’ve come across. The hours are very minimal which makes it impossible to get a convenient appointment or you have to wait over a month for an appointment.

The customer service is superior. The facility is very clean. Everyone is treated with respect. Olga is knowledgable and efficient with waxing, facials, massages and body wraps,

everything but the service was great. i personally felt that the aestetician was not warm and i did not feel comfortable having her shave my upper lip for laser hair removal. the atmosphere, the service listed are great, but this one specific lady I had made me feel rather uncomfortable. imo, she was not the meticulous type and looked rather clumsy and tended to ‘skim’ … as in she could have been more detailed, could have been more informative, could have been other things. i wish the ladies at the front were the aestheticians.

This is a tough one. I have been coming to CLS since they were one location in Exton. I have witnessed some office staff come and go, but for the most part the office staff is not the main stay of why you’re going. I think they are trying to improve the office team.
I think the prices are great, if you’re getting what’s advertised.
I do suggest verbalizing concerns and making sure you communicate with the Dr. about how you feel things went. I have done this and was strong about what I felt, and he was accommodating to make sure I felt somewhat resolved before leaving. I think understanding the realities of results and what you need to pay to get them is important. I have had to forgo certain areas to improve another, and while it sucks, it’s the reality of what things cost. I mainly go because I was in a car accident and unfortunately, it left my face asymmetrical, in need of fillers. After you get filler for a while, you can gauge if you got what you paid for. Please ask him as he’s not a good guesser and running all day.
I do believe they need to add more practitioner’s to make it easier to get an appointment. I am not sure about the laser hair removal.
Lastly, I have experienced that they offer gift cards and specials at times, which is incentive to refer someone or get a better deal.

I purchased a package deal for hair laser removal, 6 treatments, and it didn’t work! Don’t waste your money. Every time I went there (kennet square) I had a different technician, all had quit or had been fired. It’s quite a personal procedure so it would have been nice to at least get the same girl more than once.
The last girl, I do not recall her name, was very nice and she was getting married less than a month away. When I checked out I offered her a tip and she said she wasn’t allowed to accept (she was the only 1 out of 6 that said that). She was very thorough, the other girls just whipped right through the process, maybe that’s why it didn’t work or maybe it’s the type if equipment they have there.
Regardless save your money and go elsewhere!

Agree with other patrons… injections and laser hair removal didn’t work at all. Waste of money.

So far, this has been my favorite laser place (the King of Prussia location). I find Dr. Ghambir informative, caring, unbiased, and very professional. Sonja is wonderful as well. She is meticulous, pleasant and also quite a professional. My only complaint is the scary new receptionist.
I witnessed her ignoring a customer who was standing right in front of her even though she was only rearranging papers on her desk. I checked my iPhone and saw that the customer was being ignored for 7 minutes. When she remarked that she is waiting for an appointment, the receptionist said «I’ll be with you in a minute», turned her back, and went on to rearrange other desks and tissue boxes. When the customer expressed her dismay, the receptionist gave her a curt reply, and then rolled her eyes at me. Can you believe this? At first I thought she as just having a bad day, but she has been like this every time I have been in the office.
The nasty receptionist is my only complaint with Couture. Considering the dearth of good, professional laser spas in the area, I am sticking around.

I do like Dr. Gambhir, and the Botox and Dysport is very reasonably priced. My one complaint is Barbara at the front is very unpleasant. I’m not surprised to see all of the negative reviews about her. I also had laser hair removal done which did not work at all.

I ordered Latisse online from this salon. I received the product and it worked just fine. My lashes grew to double the size and length as promised. I just ran out of my third bottle and was about to order another one from this same salon online when I noticed these bad reviews. Now I’m going to order from another online salon (Bella Medspa) since I don’t support such inconsiderate treatment of customers. I think business owners need to start recognizing the power of Unilocal and online reviews in general. I’m a real person and they just lost hundreds of dollars of business thanks to the bad reviews about their customer service. Oh well.

I previously wrote good reviews about Dr. Ghambir but now this incident has made me change my mind. I do love how he does botox, I think he’s great at injecting botox. But I recently had my lips filled with juvederm and its a disaster. They were bruised and swollen which is normal, but now all the swelling has gone down and they are very noticeably lopsided! They look horrible, and people keep asking me if I had a bad lip job. They can tell. there are hard balls of juvederm stuck on each side my lips look deformed :-(I’ve called the office 4 times about this and I’m still waiting for a response. They should be concerned about talking care of this immediately but they are dodging me, even after I sent them pictures. Not a nice way to treat a customer that spends $ 750 every 3 months…

I went today for a vein treatment. I had no trouble getting the appointment booking it a week ago. I waited a little bit to be taken back but it was worth the wait. I had a groupon for the treatment and the doctor did both injections and laser to help with my leg veins. He explained the service, expectations and possible follow up. I also dealt with Barbara and Judy at recption and they were helpful and polite. I would come back. The office is clean and well appointed and I will consider other treatments there. My experience was a very positive one.

I haven’t even been for a service as it is impossible to schedule. They have one technician doing facials and would need to schedule for an appointment two months out. They don’t even keep a cancelation list so the chances of getting in early are impossible.
I feel they are constantly offering deals on groupon, living social, eversave, etc. but can’t keep up with the incoming traffic.
Advice is to NOT buy your «DEAL» beacuse you will NEVER get in for the service. AVOID THE HASSLE.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Please do not fall for their cheap coupon scam like I did. I purchased a microdermabrasion procedure on DoubleTakeDeals (similar to Groupon). My fiancé had to take off work to drive me because they would only schedule me on a weekday morning.
We drove an hour to get there and arrived just on time. When we got there we were told that my appointment was 15 minutes earlier than I had thought and that I should have checked their email reminder that they had sent. Confused, because I never get my appointment times wrong, I looked through my emails and found their appointment reminder which had the exact time that I had thought it was.
I showed my phone to the lady at the front desk (Barbara I think, but not sure). All she said was «Oh…oops.that’s weird. well, we already scheduled someone for your time slot.»
SERIOUSLY? OOPS IS ALL I GET?
As my fiancé explained to her that we had driven a long distance and he had to take off work, all she did was stand and look at us with a grin on her face like this was a joke.
After getting no response from her we asked if there was anything they could do to help out the situation… she said «Sorry no»
I have never felt so mistreated by a spa or salon in my life. Not only was this lady so indifferent about messing up my appointment, she never acknowledged that it was her mistake and didn’t offer anything to make it better.
When we asked to speak to the owner of the establishment… she goes to say in an very snobby tone «Oh you wont get to him without going through me first»

We left very upset and all I could do the whole 1 hour ride home was apologize profusely to my fiancé for how the spa had treated us.
We hesitantly rescheduled the appointment and told them to please send us an accurate appointment reminder for whatever date they schedule us because we can’t make another 1 hour trip and have the same thing happen.
A week later, I get a call saying that I had missed my appointment and they are considering it a no show and that I cannot redeem my coupon. I looked through my email and spam inbox and NO email from them at all.
I no longer wish to fight this because I don’t feel it’s worth it. This establishment is very unprofessional and disorganized. The front desk lady was complaining the whole time how they have so many of these Groupon, Living Social, etc deals that it’s hard to keep track of them or even find space to schedule people in.
I have learned my lesson and will be paying full price in center city Phila for a spa that treats me like a queen for the day.
Anshul Gambhir, you should be ashamed of your staff. I hope you read this review and the one below that was made in November. A little sympathy goes a long way.
