Meet the Business Owner

Steve S.

Business Owner

Steve Sewall founded TradeWinds Mechanical Services in 1995. Sewall built TradeWinds into a multi-state, fully servicing mechanical company before selling to Lennox, Intl in 2010. «there is a certain bittersweet feeling of selling a company that you have poured your heart and soul into, but the timing couldn’t have been better. It allowed me to spend a summer in New England with my father who passed away in October of 2010.»

Sewall discovered that he likes working, he likes meeting people and doing things right. By applying the same principals in business that he brought to TradeWinds, Sewall has acquired two small businesses in the seacoast area, one a water service business for municipalities and most recently Rooter Man of the Seacoast.
