Great customer service, both their website and phone order.
My girlfriend was home for the holidays and I couldn’t spend time with her on her birthday. I stumbled across RHF on Unilocal and found their website has an online ordering system, which was extremely helpful with pictures as guidelines. I was originally concern because I was ordering flowers from California to deliver locally in Exeter. Everything went smoothly and when I called the week of delivery, the store was very quick in verifying my online order confirmation.
Glad I ordered locally versus bigger chain florists. Would definitely use again.

Okay I know about this joint because I had someone tell me after a different place I used to send flowers from closed. Anytime you can support the local business instead of the chains ya gotta. Robinhill does a good job. I spent 20+ years here, I dont know where Robin Hill is but I am sure its in Harding. I have called on them to drop flowers at moms house. Also a last minute run over to grams and I am back on the A list. Flowers are nice. When I have gone in staff is friendly and recently they gave me a call back as the flowers I ordered were subpar.
On the down side I do remember getting bent once about a delivery fee for a second item that was going to the same address. For real, WTF! Did you bring one at a time. For this I am skeptical. I have ordered from other places but I always seem to make it back. They are in the neighborhood. They are not a huge chain. They actually answer the friggin phone.
