For an update, I think they deserve one less star. The day after I first bought my pets, I noticed they made an error in charging me an extra $ 25. I went back, and after talking to the employee that made the transaction and a manager for a few minutes, they gave me a refund. Then about a month later and I noticed on my credit card bill they had also charged me an extra $ 16. This time I didn’t bother going back, seeing how last time it was a little difficult to get a refund, and because I have already had this problem with them before. This kind of thing shouldn’t happen and I don’t understand how they managed to do that — twice. I’m not sure if it’s only happened to me, but I would advise people to watch out when they pay with their credit cards here. For now on I am only paying in cash if I get anything at this pet store, and will probably go to other pet stores for most of the things I need.

I have been coming to Little Critters for years and I love this pet store! The people are so nice, the animals are very healthy, they have a great selection of healthy food.
We have left our family bird with them while we go away and they always do such a wonderful job watching him. I highly recommend this store!

First this has to be one of the coolest stores and each and every time I enter the store the staff are very knowledgeable. Why do I like this location because of the growth and the newness. Each section has an employee that kinda specializes in it’s own unique way. We have added to our family once with a bunny in 2009 and a beautiful Teddy Bear Hamster this year 2014. If there are items not on the shelf it is easy to ask if it will be restocked soon and if there are items that you just plain need advice about. When you watch from the outside looking in many of the make up to this establishment is the family friendliness and how each pet new or old is remembered. Best of all it’s not often you can go in and know the staff by name. Thank you for always being kind!

Although I agree that pet stores should stay away from selling live animals, I feel that this place takes pretty good care of the animals they have there. from at least what I have seen. They have an awesome selection of exotic aquarium critters and decent prices on everything for kitties and fishies. They are very comparable to other pet stores around. The staff is nice, although not experts I would imagine. The store is organized and doesn’t smell… which is a bonus for a pet store

Easily one of the worst pet stores i have seen. I am an aquarist and their tanks are abysmal. The mollie tank was filled with dead fish, several of which had clearly been there long enough to have partially decomposed and the goldfish had a horrific tank of ich. When I told a clerk about it she said «yeah I know». Its embarrassing how bad that place is.

Ran out of dog food today. Arrived at 4:58 p.m. (according to cell phone which uses satellite time) and the doors were already locked. They would not sell to me because «the registers are closed». They would not let me get even 1 scoop of the hypoallergenic food even if I left a $ 20.00 bill and they paid me back tomorrow.
So much for caring about pets and customer service. Rotten people.
