Horrible customer service! They wouldn’t call me to discuss getting a quote. Brian (head of retail) just sent me one liners over email instead actually caring about me or wanting to spend more than 30 seconds talking to me. Horrible company if you are viewed as a small job to them. Looks like they do great work from the pictures online but they just don’t care about the customer experience.

Can you swing by at some point? I know this probably isn’t a huge deal for you guys but it would be nice just to talk and get a price. As long as it isn’t crazy we are going to do this so it shouldn’t be a waist of your time. I’m a little surprised I got a ‘one liner’ back and feel like you could give a crap about this project based on the email chain to-​date. If that’s the case, just let me know. Certainly not a good way to treat a potential customer.

There are 12 steps if you count the top landing.
9″ deep (front to back)
30″ wide
8″ high
Pictures attached.
I can’t give you a go just via email because we want to do more than just replace the existing stairs. We feel like they are too steep and want to bounce ideas off of you to make them less steep. If this means adding a turn to the stairs that would be fine. Please advise.
