They will sell you a scooter but they are not really equipped for service.
Do your research before buying. Their prices are average to good. You can get some decent deals, selection is good.
Service is disorganized, appointments aren’t what they seem, we wasted half a day on servicing our mopeds that they said would take an hour.
Owners is rude, disrespectful and does not appreciate any feedback.
Tech did not go through our mopeds as they said they did, we had no headlight on one bike and had to go back, we are almost an hour away, no apologies.
Working with them had been a huge disappointment.

EZ But kes has a great selection of electric bicycles. Tom, the owner is very inowledgable and helpful. We bought an EZ Pedaler T500, and they thoroughly checked it out, mounted a bike rack and mirror, and had it ready to go as promised. We had a defective controller, took it back, and their mechanic replaced it while we waited. I highly recommed EZBikes as well as the Ez Pedaler bicycle.
