Frelynn Kahalehili – State Farm Insurance Agent

First off, let me say I have no policies with this agency yet. I am impressed with the customer service here by everyone that works here.
I keep walking into this office to take care of mom’s business. She has her home insurance here as well her auto insurance.
Because of our family’s current affairs I’ve had to come here quite often in the past 3 months for various reasons. Each time we come in we receive such a warm welcome I feel like home there. We sit down with our representative and get our business out on the table. They are so familiar with their work it does not take long to get matters taken care of. For that I am particularly thankful.
The’ve been handing out these black, wide, sturdy cloth bags that we use for groceries. So much better than the other ones out there, including many of those that are sold. Every time we visited we were handed one. I believe I have about 9 of them now.
They also started handing out their 2016 calendars. One features fish, another on classic cars. They are gorgeous and I can’t wait for the new year to start. I’ve got them hung now ready to use.
I’m so pleased with how everything has gone here I want to throw some business their way. Once i get the chance I will.

Like a good neighbor… Ikaika, Shannon, and Frelynn is there. Amazing team! Went in for an auto policy and walked out with auto and LIFE insurance policies.
