Established in 1995.

We have excellent rates throughout the Greater Denver Market, and have designed our appraisal services for the various needs of our clients. We will work with your schedule to complete the report prior to any deadlines. We strive to provide our clients with the completed appraisal within 48 hours of the property inspection. Your appraisal will be completed by a Colorado State Licensed Appraiser, who specializes in your specific market. Our appraisers will provide you with a professionally prepared, accurate, and well-​supported appraisal, which will satisfy Common Standards of Excellence. Jill Davis has been appraising residential properties full time since 1995. During that period, she has continued expanding her education and knowledge in the field of residential appraisals. Since 1995, Jill has appraised thousands of single family properties, condominiums, multi-​family properties and vacant land. She has been called to act as an expert witness in several court cases, which involved properties that she appraised for divorce cases, and various valuation disputes.
