History

Established in 2014.

I am a Bodywork artist residing in the beautiful landscape of Evergreen CO. I specialize in mindfully integrating multiple massage modalities and techniques to achieve therapeutic results and relieve the body of the neuromuscular stress responses that cause muscle tension, movement restrictions and pain.

Armed with a wealth of knowledge about Human Anatomy and a passion for therapeutic bodywork, I dedicate my time and energy into assisting others on their Path to healing by helping them find relief from the stresses of their everyday lives.

With Positive Intention and the will to live a healthy lifestyle that incorporates Massage, Yoga, regular exercise and a healthy diet, sustained health, and long-​term relief from pain can be achieved.

I received my training at The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Denver Colorado. An integrative, apprenticeship style massage therapy program designed to encourage excellence in the world of Bodywork, and holistic healthcare.
