Baskin-Robbins

I have been coming to this Baskin-​Robbins since I was a kid. The service is generally friendly and the ice cream is always good.
The only time I ever had an issue is going in about an hour before they close and not being able to get hot fudge. I brought this to the owners attention the next time I saw her, and the problem was rectified (teenagers wanted to get out of working as soon as the doors closed, so they were putting away things before closing to prepare, I get it, haha). The parking is also a problem, but parking in downtown Evergreen is ALWAYS a problem.
I mean, it is frickin’ ice cream. How can you not be happy getting ice cream?
This is one of the best places in town and I love the nostalgia of going in and getting ice cream with my kids, just like I did when I was a kid.

Always stop by this ice cream shop every time i visit evergreen lake. Nothing special, just another franchise shop that follows the rules.

There is no consistency when ordering cakes. I have spoken to management about this issue and with no results. When ordering a cake the expectation is that the cake will have all the features and looks of the display cake. Every time I order and receive a cake it is a surprise of what it will look like. I want to patronize my local establishments but this may cause me to go into the city for my ice cream and cake needs. All you get is apologies but no change. I have given them their fair chance to win me back as a customer but this is the last time.

Nice shop right in the middle of the cute Evergreen strip of stores and restaurants.
Service was friendly, we got to sample a few flavors as well!
All of the ice cream cakes in the freezer looked wonderful :)
We enjoyed small scoops of chocolate, cherry jubilee, jamocha (coffee) and cookies and cream. YUM!
If you’re in town for the day like we were, there is a cute area to walk around while enjoying your ice cream. There’s a little creek right behind the shop that you can hang by.

The ice cream itself was good, however there was hardly any ice cream put in each cone (roughly 2 oz. is each cone). This has to be the biggest rip-​off I have ever had i respect to ice cream.

Great stop in Evergreen with the kids. Friendly super nice staff, clean inside, and easy parking.
