This was my second visit to this particular location. It will be my last. I never get that warm friendly experience for it to be in such a prime location. Did not get a welcome at all. There was at least 5 people working that day not one person said anything. My bread was hard also. At the end I asked for a bag and the young man told me the’re right there. How about, here you are! Thank you and have a great day!

Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews, but I’ve been going here since it has been open and it has always been clean, the workers have always been friendly, and the service is fast. This is my favorite Jimmy John’s actually. I actually had a dream about a Jimmy John’s sandwich a few nights ago. It was depressing because when I woke up, it was 4 am, and they were obviously not open. Dang, now I want a # 8. Anyway, this place is great.

Ive been here a few times. My favorite #4 was made freaky fast and to perfection. The staff greeted with warm hellos. I have only dined in once. I have tried their Un-wiches, which were awesome when trying to watch calories. The pickles are exceptional! I plan to stop in again when Im in the area.

This location really gets 0 stars, I am willing to trek an extra mile or 2 out of my way to another location because this place is disgusting. There is always garbage on the floor and for some reason beyond my comprehension they can never get my order correct, how can you mess up an order as simple as a turkey tom with cheese? I get home and to my amazement I have a ham sandwhich? Really? I was the only customer in the store, whatever fine, but when I called to inform them of the screw up the manager said I had to come right back or there’s nothing he could do, okay so I don’t like ham and I should risk being late for work because the employee doesn’t know the difference between ham and turkey. keep up the good work…

Went to the locations on 104th and cicero and they would not give me hot peppers on the side! Are you serious??? I don’t want my sandwich sitting in oil while I drive back to the office. NEVERAGAIN I’ll stick to Potbellys

I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches and this is a great location. The service is always quick and friendly. There are some nice, personal touches, such as, they greet me when I come in and even remember my order. I have had only positive experiences there and am surprised at the negative reviews.

Jimmy johns has great subs, but this store needs more adult supervision. Music is really loud. Staff is rude. Person who took order was texting while taking the order. Sandwiches are not prepared as requested, probably because they can’t hear you over the music. Very disappointing. I will drive to oak lawn when I want JJ again.

I had a great experience at this JJ’s. The staff was friendly and I received my sammich lightening fast! Actually the employees put me in a good mood. I don’t see why everyone is dogging this JJ’s store. As for the guy crying about bagging his own sandwiches… Really??? Every Jimmy John’s has bags sitting RIGHTTHERE. Every time I get a JJ’s I grab a bag and throw my sammiches and chips in there. I actually try to get to the bag before they finish making the sandwich. But then again my Mom doesn’t do my laundry for me anymore so maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’ll will agree with the guy that pointed out the girl putting the chips on the floor. A little disturbing BUT I’m sure she’s the exception to the rule and hopefully she’s been fired since then. Keep up the great job! I’ll stop by for sure the next time I’m in town for work again.

Contrary to other reviews, I’ve always had fast, polite service. Sandwiches are fresh and tasty, as always!

They rarely use gloves which is gross. Or 3 people may handle the sandwich and one or two may go without gloves. There are gloves for them to wear which are visible but they all won’t wear them.

I’m a huge fan of JJ’s but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever been in to. The workers all look hung over and not friendly at all. The owner is as rude as they come. Every other Jimmy John’s I go to you are warmly greeted but not in this location. They also refuse to bag your food. I can understand one sandwich and chip but multiple items? They expect YOU to bag your own food! Today I politely asked for a bag on my #6 and #2 plus two bags of chips and the Jr. G-Man behind counter points to the bags and says bag it yourself! Unreal. Today was the icing on the cake. I will drive to Oak Lawn from now on to get my JJ fix and boycott the JJ in EP.

I stopped in for lunch on Thursday, April 5th at 12:30p.m. and ordered my sandwich, grabbed a bag of chips and a drink. So far so good. Sandwich was ready immediately so I sat down at a booth to eat with two other people I work with. I finished my sandwich and we were sitting around when the female employee walked from behind the counter to check on the bags of chips which were stacked on the shelves. As she was looking at the chips she raised her right foot and pushed a bag a chips with her gym shoe further back on the shelf. I thought OK maybe not such a big deal. She went back behind the counter to the back of the store and when she reappeared at the front cashier counter she had an apron filled with bags of potato chips. She placed her hand into the apron and grabbed about 6 bags of chips and threw them onto the floor in front of the chips on the shelves. She then took her apron and flung it open to the right side of the counter and released about 14 bags of chips to the ground. She then sat on the ground and looked at me because of course I was now looking at her like she was insane. Is that really the way you stock the chips in front of customers or even without customers in your restaurant. She then stocked the chips on the left side of the counter but she never picked up the chips on the right side of the counter. As you see in the photo that is a customer’s feet in the picture trying to get to the counter and pay as the chips just sit on the floor in his way. This girl should be fired. I will never eat at that Jimmy John’s again.
