Woody’s Carpet Cleaning

We had Woody come out for the first time a few months ago. He gave us a time and showed up promptly at that time. Most carpet cleaning services give you a window, which is why I was surprised to see Woody not only on time, but a little early. He is a customer service oriented and believes in treating people like he would like to be treated. Something so many contractors have forgotten to be like. Woody also treats your home and your possessions like he would like his home and belongings treated. He takes the time to protect your furniture feet from moisture and uses the corner guards to protect your walls from his hoses. When he cleans the carpet, he goes over your carpeting until it looks clean, not just a single pass like most carpet cleaning businesses like to do. He is there to clean your carpets and does not leave until he is satisfied it is clean and the homeowner is happy.
Within a week of his cleaning our carpets, a family member spilt some orange soda on our carpeting. We blotted it up and tried to use our rug doctor on the area. To no avail, the orange stood out against the sand colored carpeting. I called Woody and let him know what had happened. He made room in his busy schedule and made it a point to come out and re-​clean the carpeting in the bedroom where the stain was. Notice I say «was». Not only did he tackle the stain, but he decided to go ahead and clean the whole room. He has an arsenal of cleaning products in his van and brought in a solution, applied it and went over it with his cleaning wand and the next morning… the staining was gone. This stain covered a 2′ by 3′ area and it was gone!
On top of his great work, he didn’t want to charge me anything and his only concern was our happiness. I can’t say enough good things about Woody. He is, and will only be, the one who comes out to clean our carpets and upholstery and tile floors.

Three years ago was our first time using Woody’ Carpet Cleaning. His bright white van containing the latest equipment, is impressive in our driveway as he makes our carpeting and overstuffed furniture look new agin. We also use him annually at our vacation home. One time he did our Motorhome right after he did our home. Woody uses the latest and best process and he’s also a good worker with a nice personality. Yesterday was the third time we used him.
