The reviews do not lie. This is definitely one of the busiest, most disorganized, and most understaffed banks I’ve ever been to. The lines are long, and tellers seem stacked on top of one another, making it impossible to have any sort of discrete conversation with them. If you need to meet with a banker, they are woefully short on those as well, and the waiting area is too small to accommodate the long line of customers. The staff seem friendly enough — though they really seem to lack the polish and professionalism you normally expect from a bank, especially for a bank as large as Wells Fargo.
There aren’t many branches in this neck of the woods. Given the amount of business this one has, it seems that opening additional Wells Fargo branches in Everett should be considered. I’m thankful this won’t be my regular branch.

Ive been to this location many times because its down the street from where i live and every time i go in there, its SUPER SLOW, they would have a lot of tellers behind the counter but they were all would talk to each other and not help with customers. i always waited for a long time for their service. they on;y have 3 bankers and you have to sit and wait forever when theres 7 banker tellers doing nothing… this happens everytime and its frustrating because they never do anything about it and even suggested me to go another wells fargo… i am definitely never coming here again… i rather make the extra 20 mins drive to either go to the kirkland location or even bellevue.

Even though this is the busiest Wells Fargo location in the district, they never sacrifice superior service. I appreciate that every single time I’ve gone in, the employees strike up a genuine conversation, and remember me when I come back. It’s pretty awesome to have such a personal experience even though the place is packed and there’s a line out the door… that’s very rare.

About 6 months ago, they terminated the banker we’d been working with. As soon as he left, our business accounts went completely haywire– We were getting charged random fees, constant screw ups, no upper management response, and little to no assistance with getting these problems resolved.
We were also pushing for SBA loans and business credit products, and the folks we talked to didn’t seem to care at all. We waited over 2 months without a single response to any of our follow up e-​mails or calls!
Eventually we had no choice but to move to an entirely different bank, who has done a great job of looking after us and helping get us into the appropriate products! Sorry Wells, but after 6+ years of working with you (and over 50 different products), the service and quality has just gone way downhill!

I went to Wells Fargo to transfer stock from my grandmothers name into the estates name. Sounds simple right? They would not help me because I didn’t have a personal account with them. It is bad enough to lose a loved one but to have a difficult situation made worse is a big disappointment. I bank with boing employee credit union and they are great. I would not trust Wells Fargo.

I have been a long time loyal customer to Wells Fargo Banking Centers and I have never been unhappy with my visit to a branch in the entire time that I have been a customer. The tellers are always so nice and see people as actual humans not just an account number in the system.
I recommend Wells Fargo if you are in need of a bank in the Everett area and the location is easy to get to which is a big plus on there part.

This is probably one of the better branches I’ve been to. One of their bankers (I forget her name) is an absolute sweetheart. She acts like she genuinely cares about your needs & tries to help you out; I’m glad I got her. I met some of the other managers & tellers there & they’re awesome too. Overall a great branch to visit.
