Marissa started the great experience by asking me to send some pics of our big item so that she could show them to Antonio. So, when Antonio, Devon, Andrew and Jason arrived, they were ready to get started. Our move was BIG, as we had a lot of big, heavy items (bar, pool table, air compressor among other things). All four worked super hard without complaint, and even some laughs along the way. I have not seen men move so quickly and efficiently in a long time. They are true professionals that make moving look like science… and it may just be. Packing all of our items into storage, and then closing the door, which I was sure wouldn’t close, and Antonio was shocked that I didn’t believe in them :) It was amazing! Great job all the way around. We will definitely be using them again!

Had a great experience! Andrew and Antonio were the movers and they were great. They called first to let me know they were on their way and then then arrived right on time.
They quickly assessed the situation and started moving things out without delay. My girlfriend told them that she was nervous and was having trouble talking and so they began to joke with her and make her laugh, putting her instantly at ease. I really thank them for that. Moving is stressful and she doesn’t handle stress well but she had no problems with the entire day.
When we told them that we were on a budget crunch, they worked with us to figure out what could be done to help. I greatly appreciated that.
I think that this is an excellent business model for people looking to move: you get your own truck and they supply the labor. The rates were reasonable; the office personnel were very kind; and the guys were neat, clean, punctual, professional, and very hard working.
I hate moving but these guys made it a breeze. I would definitely use them again.

WMLS did a great job moving our home. We did a 4 bedroom move (5 person family) in 8 hours, that’s 4 hours to pack, 4 hours to unload. They handled all the heavy stuff, moving things downstairs in the old home, upstairs in the new. The 3 guys came with a friendly, happy demeanor, and worked hard the whole time. They also were very knowledgable and efficient at packing up our moving truck, tying down the load inside, and protecting everything for travel. I would call these folks up again in a heartbeat for any office or home move. Great working with them. –Jim

We were very pleased with WMLS. Marissa is an excellent communicator. Within a minute of speaking on the phone with her I was confident the company would provide great service and they did! The movers showed up on time to Coupeville (whidbey island) with a call ahead letting me know they are on their way. When they showed up, they got right to work, never stopped until the loading was complete. Very friendly and professional. The price quoted was the final invoice amount. A super professional company! Definitely will hire them again.

I’d definitely use this company again. First, Marissa was very helpful and easy to work with during our initial phone conversation. Their quote came i lower than the two other quotes I received. And the crew that moved our stuff was experienced and worked with some tough conditions in my townhome (4 levels and narrow). These guys hustled and did the job as quickly as they could, and with no damage to any of my belongings. Great job!

I had confidence to hire WMLS after reading the positive reviews here and elsewhere. My decision was reassured as soon as I spoke to Marissa on the phone — her ability of timely communication and responsive followup really helped schedule the job and make sure that precision details were accounted before. Whether phone or email, she is stellar to work with. I wasn’t left hanging and didn’t have to repeatedly remind her. She was also preemptive to ask questions about the move site I hadn’t thought of. I’ve had some negative experiences before with sloppy household services, so the sheer positive contrast here was fantastic. Marissa even called in advance to discuss if I could flexibly reschedule my appointment due to more-​than-​expected jobs vs. worker availability. Totally understandable.
The actual move process was a cinch. I needed a Simple Box emptied for return. I wasn’t able to be onsite and this might be a cause for concern for some (especially those worried if the workers are slacking) — this was absolutely not the case here. William and Andrew were my mover guys and William called me ahead, left voice mail messages when I couldn’t pick up, and handled the job in an efficient amount of time. They also sent me clear, VERY high-​resolution pictures (like 2432×4320 or 10.5 megapixels) showing the job was done. Taking «aftermath» photos is a great idea, and I have noticed other happy customers with thumbs-​up which brings a human side and personality to the equation, especially because moving can be so stressful and costly.
After the job, payment was handled with a quick phone call and giving my credit card details (they are modern and use Square for processing). It seems like excellence is not just limited to an employee and extends across their whole team.

All I can say is WOW.
We chose last minute to hire help on our unload side of the move (on a busy weekend) off of Craigslist — I wasn’t expecting much — but was blown away by the professionalism, work ethic, price, and super upbeat attitude. We had pre-​planned movers on the load side for more $ and not nearly as impressed as I was with WMLS. Thank you WMLS, you are now in my address book.

My family has used WMLS twice for unloading services. The first time, we were able to book them for same day service. They arrived within a few hours from the time of booking, and had three guys ready to get to work. They unpacked 4 U-​Pack relocubes in 2 hours, and set up all furniture. Our stuff came from a 1500 sq. ft 4 bed house to a 2600 sq. ft house. Talk about super quick and efficient!
Used WMLS for a second time earlier this month when my parents also moved to WA. Booked again with short notice, which was impressive given that it’s the peak of moving season. Again, 3 guys unloaded 4 relocubes in 2 hours and set up all furniture.
Side note: Another unloading company was going to charge us 4 men at 3 hours minimum, when CLEARLY an efficient company can get it done in half of that. Thanks WMLS!!!

Great service. I rented my own U-​Haul van and called WMLS for help. Devin and Brad (think I got the names right) showed up on-​time and got right to work. They worked quickly and had a positive attitude. I really felt like I got my money’s worth with them — not once did they slack off. And, they packed everything nice and tight and then secured the load with rope which they provided.
Nothing but praise for those two gentlemen …

The crew from WMLS was amazing. They arrived and were loading the truck within 5 minutes and didn’t stop working until the job was done. The truck was packed in an expert manner. In fact, the moving company on the other end of the move told us how well the truck was packed and were very impressed. No broken items, No bangs or bumps. I hate moving, but this made the loading so pleasant and worry free! I can’t say enough about how great these guys were.

Great company and such friendly people! I moved up from San Diego to Seattle using a moving pod, and they were available to help my family and I unload it. They called me four days before the move and allowed me to choose a time that worked for me. Very accommodating and friendly staff all around!

This is the second time I have called Washington Moving. They are wonderful. Marissa is professional and helpful; she gave me the information I needed and made the arrangements for Jared and Devon. They were great… again. They know how to move heavy bulky furniture without damage to the piece or the walls. They are beyond excellent at using every square inch of packing space. They are true professionals. I have recommended this company to family and friends… and I will call them again when the needed arises.

The A-​Team is the best! Antonio and Andrew were great and moved our belongings quickly and with care. We went from a rambler to a house with a lot of stairs and they didn’t even flinch! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help with their next move. Thumbs up, guys!

This is only the second time I’ve ever needed to hire movers and Antonio and Andrew were awesome! They very carefully wrapped up all of my things so that they were 100% safe from denting and scratching, much more meticulously than the previous moving company I used. They moved quickly and efficiently even with the pieces of furniture of mine that I never thought 2 alone people could move!
Jason the company owner was also very helpful with telling me to how to prep for the movers to most efficiently maximize my time and money!

I used these guys three years ago moving from CA and meant to write a glowing review but got busy and forgot, so. On time, fast, got an amazing amount of work done in a very short time. Can’t say enough about them. We are moving again in May and you bet I will call them to load the truck.

I drove the loaded truck from Washington State to Arizona, a distance of 1500 miles, most of it on two lane highways. There was absolutely no shifting of the load as we navigated those highways. I even had a round glass front curio cabinet that the guys tied to the wall of the truck. When we unloaded I fully expected to find some damage to my goods as I am not a professional packer. The excellent news is that not one item was damaged or scratched.

Fast, professional, and right on time. Nothing was damaged and they took care of things appropriately, even followed any special instructions on boxes, such as «Do Not Stack». These guys were great and I’ll use them again in the future.

Found Washington Moving Labor Services as a choice on the PODS website; they had the best Angie’s List rating of the three listed. I was not sorry with my choice. They arrived pretty close to on time with an appropriately sized crew to unload my PODS container well within the time window I had booked. My schedule made it necessary to book them for New Year’s Eve day – and they didn’t flake out on me! I had some challenging pieces, size-​wise, and they really worked hard to get all of my items up the stairs and placed. They were very respectful of my home. Would definitely use them again.
