I visit this post office at least once a week and every time there is someone there pitching a fit over the service. I don’t think it’s that bad. You have to expect it to be busy when there aren’t many other post offices in Everett. That being said the staff is not great. A little more positivity and cheerfulness goes a long way for the people who have to stand in line for half an hour to get greeted with mumbles you can’t understand and poor customer service. That’s what leaves the impression.

It’s not USEPS for a Reason 3⁄5 Stars They don’t have«E“s for having all the services available, free parking, do passports, a functional environment & have all supplies in stock. Negative 2 stars due to their lack of positive vibes/excellent customer service & old/not-so-clean building. Besides the normal busyness of postal office, having a smiling and happy customer service associate can make a big difference on your experience. They really need to just fire the old grumpy people and hire younger people with more enthusiasm. Just a tip!
