Ray L.

Manager

Ray started his career after college in 1987 on a 300 unit apartment complex constructed in Tacoma WA. His first experience was to install all the underground power and communication distribution systems for the project. After just 2 days he was made a lead and assisted the General Foreman in running and completing the entire project. Many projects similar followed the next 2 years along the I-​5 corridor from Beaverton Oregon to Everett Washington. In 1989 – 90 he worked in custom homes for William Buchan Builders in Redmond Wa during the Microsoft boom. The next 5 years was extensive track homes and custom homes. 1995 – 97 more apartments and Assisted living facilities. 1997 – 2004 Opened a business primarily doing custom homes and service type work. 2004 –2008 worked in Senior Living Apartment Facilities in Everett, Richland, Sequim, and Chehalis WA. 2008 – 2009 he designed a high end Condominium project in Capitol Hill in Seattle. So many great memories. A vast diverse career sets him apart
