Becoming a Denturist allowed Doug to not only provide quality dentures, but to put his years of dental assisting experience into action. By listening to your concerns and needs, you can rest assured he will deliver the smile of your dreams. Doug is a Meticulous Denturist. He has completed hundreds of hours of study in the making of dentures and is constantly searching for new denture materials to see if they meet his high standards and expectations. Doug attended Bates Technical College and received his Denturist license in 2003.

I love this place, it is very clean and neat!!! The people are very professional and friendly specially Doug, he is always on time with the service.

Okay this is only part of my review because we are only part way done.
I visited many dentist to get pricing and a feeling for them. And when I went into smile bright George made me feel really comfortable and took me in the back and showed me what to expect. I really liked that and decided to go with them but had to go elsewhere to have my teeth pulled. Went in last week for impressions and yesterday for picking out my teeth and color. It got a little frustrating when I had the choice of brown or browner teeth. I said I want white teeth or no teeth. So then they showed me some super white teeth that would cost I think we’re like $ 600 more per plate. I said i don’t need super white just something in between. So George pulled another rack of colored teeth out of the drawer and asked if I liked any of these. Yes I said the #2 (#1 I’m thinking was missing) and I asked about #1(I was ignored). Then Doug seemed to be bothered because these were a different brand and I had to pick teeth from another set of pictures again. Not ever having to do this before or knowing about the sizes it was a little tough. I also asked a few more questions (Ignored). Doug told me to go up front and get an appointment for Friday so I went up front and told George that Doug don’t want to answer my questions. So he (ignored) and went on with setting up my appointment. I said do not even want to know what my questions are? So he kinda yelled at me telling me that it took me 15 minutes to pick out teeth that most people pick out in 5 minutes. WOW!!! GEORGE! !! I wanted to tell him to start picking out his own teeth because he might be needing them.
Oh man I was pissed.
There was no other patients the whole little time I was there.
They already have all the money and I’m hoping that they are what they brag about and not them horrible denture mills we hear about.
I pray things go great and I will definitely do tons of reviews either for or against this place.

An unexpectedly delightful experience. I was extremely agitated when we arrived here for my mother’s appointment. When I picked her up from her assisted living facility, I was cavalierly informed that while they still had the main part of her broken denture, they had lost the part that had broken off! This meant that it would no longer be a simple matter of reattaching the two pieces. In fact, without the missing piece I doubted if the denture could even be repaired; it would probably have to be replaced. So instead of looking at a $ 100 repair bill, we were now looking at a $ 1,000+ bill for making a replacement.
George immediately sensed my distress when we registered, and asked to look at the broken denture. After examining it, he quickly told me that if I wasn’t concerned about a perfect color match, Doug could reconstruct the missing piece! He cautioned me that it would be a little pinker than the gum part of her existing denture. He also said he couldn’t guarantee the work, like they usually do, adding we’d have to have a new denture made in the next 3 months. That was fine by me; at least it bought us time to save up for it.
As for the actual process, Doug couldn’t have been more patient with my mother, who is afflicted with dementia. She was required to keep a tray in her mouth for five minutes, and she kept forgetting why it was in there and trying to get it out. Doug persevered without getting frustrated at all! Nor did he try to race through the process (considering he had a full schedule and we had made a 30 min. appointment for a simple repair). He spent over an hour with us. The finished product looks great; the color difference is very subtle. He also noticed a hairline crack that we had missed and fixed that too! Total bill: $ 110.00
