Antonio is cool, very personable. His crew are very nice and respectful people too. The service is Cost effective. The initial cleaning was spotless, we couldn’t believe our apartment could be that clean. However, recent appointments have not been that great. Dusty spots, mold affected surfaces on the plain sight aren’t cleaned well. I’m not losing hope, will see how it goes in the future appointments.

NICE! THOROUGH! THEY EVEN CLEANED MY FRIDGE! Antonio’s crew has cleaned our place twice now, and both times left us *so* impressed. They really got into some difficult places, and managed to get our place sparkling with no noxious cleaners– they mostly used vinegar and gentle cleaners. Worth the very reasonable cost. I feel like I’m on vacation coming back home to this! And Antonio is a sweetheart of a guy!

I’ve used Shamrock Cleaning twice now and have been happy with their work both times. A crew of 3 (including Antonio) were efficient and friendly. I was impressed that they were able to get off the most stubborn dirt off my shower door. They organize countertops and shelves which is a nice touch. Antonio was quick to answer my emails. They clean well and reasonably priced.

They were late and then the 3 people that showed up did not speak ANY English, so I could not communicate with them. They did an Ok job, but they were so rushed and zipped out. There was no follow up afterward from anyone, as I was looking for regular cleanings, but since no one reached out, I will move on.

Great work. On time. Worth the money, but I would prefer a more accurate pricing because they add on if there are particular things they weren’t asked to do (my apartment was particularly bad). They needed to charge me extra on the spot.

Just had Antonios crew come by to clean a 3 bedroom one bath 2^nd floor apartment in a townhouse in Brookline. Expensive, Easy to book n decent communication however… First they showed up an hour late, it snowed this morning but no call or anything. They missed the top of every door frame so alot of dust left behind, the shower drain was not cleaned, and I was not impressed with the inside oven cleaning. I don’t feel like im being a stickler, because At the rate, $ 250 for about 2 hours of work, I expected much better results. This was Too expensive for the quality I received. Others may have had better experiences & a better rate but this was just my experience. Your move
*UPDATE: i spoke with Antonio and he has vowed to make it up to me. This gesture speaks volumes of their customer service. Great people working hard make mistakes too and im glad they have made things right. A very honorable company.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional with a good amount of energy. I wanted a cleaning of my apartment «this» week and he was able to accommodate me but getting a crew to my place the next morning. The woman, who didn’t speak English, were very friendly and good at their job. Within 3 hours I had my place cleaned and looking great.

I cannot even tell you how happy it made me when I came home to see everything was very clean! Thank you Shamrock, you delivered the work my fiancé and I needed. We hired this company because we had some reconstruction due to pipes bursting after Valentine’s Day weekend. After all repairs, we were a bit sad that our place was still in need of cleaning due to all the debri and dust left by repairs on apt. Long story short, my fiancé contacted this service and the service got us scheduled for the weekend. Though the crew was a bit late, they kept in contact with my fiancé regarding their whereabouts and they got to our apartment with no issues. Cleaning took about an hour to hour and fifteen minutes and my home looks like home again! The cleaning was for one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely hired them again!

My husband and I keep walking around the house saying these cleaners are awesome!
We’ve had a number of different cleaning companies over the years some much more expensive, some slightly less expensive. Antonio’s team has blown them all away!
Easy to schedule, easy to keep in contact via text, and have been consistently impressed by their effort.

Shamrock Cleaning did a wonderfully thorough job. I wanted a deep clean of my empty apartment before I moved in. I got a quote in fewer than 24 hours and when I called Antonio was able to book an appointment just a few days out (super awesome as I waited until the end of August).
Antonio arrived with a crew of 3 (4 total) and my apartment was deep cleaned in under 1 hour. The deep cleaning involved cabinets (inside and out), the fridge, the stove, floors were vacuumed and washed, and the bathroom (tub, toilet, sink, and floors) were spotless. They even cleaned around the window sills. Antonio and his team also wiped down the closets, which were a huge worry of mine as two hockey players were living in the apartment prior and had their damp towels and uniforms hanging on the closet doors. His crew also used environmentally friendly cleaning solution were possible! The added benefit was my apartment smelt clean but not overpowering; making it easy to move in on the same day without being annoyed by the smell.
I will definitely be using Shamrock Cleaning in the future. Plus, they had the very best price in the Cambridge area.
Note: Cleanings last about 1.5 to 2 hours. Do keep the entire window open. Antonio arrived a little late, but still finished well with-​in that window.

I thought this would be a great experience based on the reviews, but I was mistaken! I emailed with Antonio several times before my appointment, including the day before where we confirmed a 10am appointment.
At 10:30 I called because nobody had shown up, and he said he didn’t have me on the calendar, but then saw my name and said the cleaners were on their way. The cleaning crew arrived at 11… An hour late.
I requested to have all the drawers and cabinets cleaned because we just moved in and I wanted it all clean before I put my plates, etc in the cabinets and drawers. The crew did an okay job of cleaning everything. However after they left I noticed that only a quarter cabinets in the kitchen were cleaned really well… And it’s the ones I saw them doing (the rest of the time I was chasing my one-​year-​old, or painting other rooms). They didn’t touch half of them and did a poor job on the last quarter of them. On top of that the floors were mopped, but our socks are still getting filthy, so it obviously wasn’t mopped well.
Antonio gave me a discount for being late, which I appreciate (and frankly it’s why they’re getting two stars instead of one) but I tipped the cleaners, poorly assuming they had cleaned all the cabinets as good as the one that were cleaned when I was watching.
Bottom line, I wish I had taken more time to examine the work, and no I would not hire them again.

I have had my home cleaned twice with Shamrock and I am very pleased with the results. A crew of 4 had our 1200-​square foot condo cleaned in an hour and the place is spotless. They organize counters and change sheets as well, something other cleaning companies never got to. We are really happy with Shamrock and plan to continue to use their services!

Bottom line: Not worth the $ 140 they charged for cleaning my small apartment (500 sq ft).
Moved to Boston for the summer and our temporary apartment was filthy. I picked Shamrock because I thought they would do a thorough cleaning. Antonio mentioned on the phone that his crew cleaned floor to ceiling, plus inside of the windows — which was a selling point since the windows are filthy.
Left visible dust throughout bedroom and living room; Kitchen wasn’t cleaned at all. Watched them spray a bunch of cleaner on appliances but didn’t go over things with a rag to actually pick-​up the dust/​grime. Never touched the windows. Unfortunately I had to be on a work call while they were finishing up so I only noticed how dirty the place was afterwards. I found dirt/​grime still left in the dishwasher — a simple wipe with a rag was all it took to remove which tells me they didn’t even touch it after spraying it with cleaner.
I hate to leave this review since Antonio seemed like a genuinely nice person when we spoke about scheduling a cleaning. It seems like others are pleased with Shamrock’s services, so maybe it depends on the team you get to clean your place (Antonio was not present for my cleaning). This rating is solely based off of my experience with Shamrock and I would not hire them again.

Amazing! Shamrock Cleaning is the best! Prior to a parent and in-​law visit, I found myself running out of time to clean the apartment and needed to book a last minute cleaning. I found Shamrock on Unilocal,and though I had trouble reaching them initially via email, I found Antonio to be extremely responsive by text. I was able to book them for a Saturday with only 2 days notice. Antonio was extremely flexible and easy to work with and the cost was amazing compared to other quotes I had received.
They showed up in a group of 3 people and we left to get lunch and run errands. We were told they’ll just let themselves out when they’re done and then we can call Anthony to settle up at our convenience. So easy!
We returned from lunch to a sparkling apartment. I am very picky and inspect corners and little nooks that I would expect to be missed, but I honestly could not find a thing to complain about. Even the inside of our refrigerator was sparkling clean, and that was included in the cost of a basic cleaning!
I called Anthony and gave him a credit card number over the phone. Completely painless process. We will definitely be using Shamrock again. Thanks guys!

Antonio and his crew have been cleaning our 2.5br condo in Waltham every other Monday since November 2014. I really can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the product and service. It’s a pleasure to come home to a clean house, and his rates are very reasonable.
