Went here with my friends after going back from Warm Beach Camp. I ordered phở with steak and meatball. It’s super delicious! The soup is really tasty, and the beef portion is kinda generous. For the beverage, I ordered thai iced tea, but they seemed to forget my order so when I reminded them, they made it in hurry. The result? Too much milk in my iced tea. But I tried my friend’s thai iced tea and it actually tasted good; so maybe it’s just because they did it in a rush.

I’m new the the area and been looking for a new neighborhood Phở restaurant. I walked into Pasteur’s yesterday for lunch and the food was amazing. Definitely looking forward to going back and trying more off their menu!

We got here when they opened at 10 Am. They were still setting up the restaurant for the day. They were slidding tables around and making a ton of the unnecessary ruckus. If you open at 10, you should be ready to go at 10 and not still setting up. The food was ok. It does not stand out above all the other places around.

Used to go here all the time… then saw cockroach crawling up the wall and waitress grabbed it and said oh, happens all time. What? Never again!

35 minutes for my chicken phở to arrive to my table!!! I had already left by that time since my lunch break is 30 minutes. My fiancé even ordered ahead before I arrived at the restaurant. He decided to stay and wait for his phở. No one even bothered checking on us or informing us our order will be coming out late.

The Bo kho beef stew soup and baguette here was super good and had a little spicy to it, the meat inside was a little too chewy for me but the soup was so on point I don’t even care. Plus this place has more options if you don’t want to do to deep Everett for Vietnamese food.

Excellent food, variety and lunch service. The only downside is you may end up smelling of soup all day long.

…great soup base. All the phở is hood here and priced average. Service is not overly friendly and pretty speedy. Helps if you know what to order. Be sure to order the Chinese donut, extra crispy, to dunk in your phở.

Phở is quality and consistent. The Viet pork chop is amazing. If you want egg on it you have to add it but it’s still affordable. The staff is very friendly and service is prompt. My daughter loves it here and everyone is very good with her.

Came here for lunch on a Thursday. The place is pretty spacious and clean, with plenty of seating. I got a medium steak, tripe, tendon and flank phở and was… satisfied? The broth was good, not too salty and with decent enough flavor. The noodles, also, were good — nothing to complain about there. The proteins on the other hand, really left something to be desired. No additional flavor to what the broth provided, and a little too chewy for me. I will say that the service was good; very prompt and kind. Hard to complain about 8 bucks and change for a big bowl of phở for lunch, really. I’m sure I’ll be back, but I’m going to try a few other spots first.

I went in. Sat at the table for ten minutes while the waitress outright ignored us. Walked by the kitchen, and I saw them drop something on the floor then put it back in the pot. WARNING! DON“T EATHEAR!

Not going to patronize this restaurant any longer. We walked in for some Phở and the dude snapped his fingers at us and pointed to a table to sit down at. What a jackass. We did not sit down, we did not eat here, and went elsewhere. We had Phở Than Brothers in Lynnwood. Go there. Better phở than these guys ever had.

This is probably my favorite phở place in the Lynnwood/Everett area. I don’t think there are many good ones around here(I prefer Seattle). My mom brings home phở from here to go often, and man it tastes pretty good! The broth is tasty and the meat is nice and tender. I have also eaten here three times at the restaurant. The Bun Bo Hue was pretty good, nothing to complain about, but not the best. It’s nice that they have that option though as some phở places don’t. I also feel like the phở tastes better when brought home to go rather than at the restaurant, not sure why, but it is something I’ve personally noticed. If I’m ever in the area this is my go-to place for phở.

I’ve had their steak and brisket phở many times– it has a good broth that doesn’t leave you so thirsty that you’d want to drink a gallon of water afterward, good-sized portions and plenty of meat. I’ve also had their tofu and vegetable phở– it had an assortment of broccoli, carrots, mushroom, bok choy and enough tofu so that I didn’t really miss the meat. Their banh mi is good but one time I got one with a jalapeño that was sooooo spicy that I couldn’t finish the sandwich(I’m pretty wimpy when it comes to spicy stuff). Other times it was so mild you could barely tell there was any jalapeño in it. Next time I’ll try to order it without the jalapeño because it seems like you never know how spicy it will be! Service is always quick and friendly. Will be back.

I had the steak and brisket phở and this has been the best phở I have had thus far. I also tried the BBQ sandwich and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and yum! Would definitely go again and try other items. Service was good and the restaurant was very nice.

I have been coming here since high school, because it’s a bit of a tradition for me and my friends. I ordered the beef phở, the kind that cooks in the bowl, which had always been my favorite. I ordered the medium, like always, but I felt like there was way more broth than usual, and it wasn’t that hot. But anyways, since my friend and I were still hungry, we ordered chicken banh mi, and it was delicious!!! Sweet and savory at the same time. The service was really fast and friendly too, which I always appreciate. Maybe it was just a fluke with the phở. Either way, I’ll be back again.

We must have arrived here during the chef’s off day. After being so hyped up after such a beautiful win by the Seahawks against the Giants. I wanted to try some Phở from this place. I walked in looked at the special daily menu that was advertised as you walk in, consisted of chopped steak and rare beef. ingredients was ok, but they forgot my rare beef and i didnt bother asking. The Soup Was Terrible. It was like tasting boiled water. Hell I said, its cold and rainy outside and i needed some bloody warm soup to warm my bones up. Just Eat It. I dont think they boiled any beef bones for hours on end to make this soup. It tasted like some boiled water and a packet of phở flavor being added to the water just like boiling some ramen at home. This was one expensive ramen. Will I come back. Probably. Please dont serve phở if the chef doesnt know how to cook it or you didnt take the time to boil real beef bone soup. Its really embarassing for your establishment to serve such basic Vietnamese meal. Seriously the soup tasted like boiled plain water.

I used to go to Pasteur’s when I was little every now and than, which means they’ve been around forever! It’s a decent Vietnamese restaurant, it’s no Tamarind Tree but they have some pretty good food here. The Banh Mi is good and so are the hot noodle dishes(phở, bun, etc.) I really like the bun combo bowls, especially the house special bun combo. The meat is just perfectly grilled and it’s quite refreshing with all the greens. The nuoc mam is a bit sweet for my liking but its not bad. The egg rolls are okay nothing special and the spring rolls have too much vermicelli. I swear once you’ve had a spring roll from Tamarind Tree nothing compares. The Che Ba Mau(Vietnamese Bean Dessert) here sucks but it’s kinda hard to find a good one. Overall decent food for the North end. The service is okay, nothing special. I’m sure ill be back when the occasion calls but I don’t crave it like I do other Vietnamese places in Seattle.
