I was never told about longer delivery time. I called talked to the manager to see what was going on. He was off no help at all and very rude. They need to change management one that actually knows how to give an excellent customer service. And he hung up on me so disrespectful.

We ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza.
Delivery. Hot and fresh. The crust was perfect.
The delivery guy was very polite.
Recommend giving them a try.

Their thin crust pizza is great and reasonably priced. Arrives fast and hot. Don’t order from here without ordering the double chocolate chip brownie — outstanding.

Ordered online thinking it would be faster (that’s what they suggest on their commercials) and the pizza showed up 30 mins later than the 40min quote.
We gave the driver a 25% tip and when we finally get the box open we realize the sauces we ordered aren’t in the box and the pizza is ice-​cold. We’ve always been Papa John’s Pizza lovers, but never again will we order from the Evergreen store.

I’m sad so many other people have had a bad experience at Papa John’s. They have never messed up an order. I did have one new person on the phone who couldn’t enter my debit card info correctly, but that would be my only bad experience in the over a dozen times we’ve gone here. They’re always polite, walk the pizza around the counter and open the door for me to leave. The pizza is good too! I think it’s the best pick-​up/​delivery for the money!

I’ve been ordering exclusively from Papa Johns ever since I first tried it. I’m not in any way a food expert but their pizza tastes a hell of a lot better than what you’d come to expect from say Pizza Hut or Domino’s. at least in my opinion. The hearty application of sauce, generous toppings and no grease on the crust to boot makes me a happy guy. Oh, and I’ve always ordered delivery from this location and never once had a late delivery. Almost always early by 10 minutes or so and all the delivery drivers I’ve met were kind and friendly. Definitely my favorite pizza joint!

F— Papa Johns They have messed up my order every time I have tried them. The last time I called to let them that they delivered the wrong pizzas to me and they said «you have already complained once this month» I told them I don’t care about a discount I just want the pizzas I ordered.

Three stars for yummy pizza. We love this joint. Sometimes they do screw up our orders, but they have always comp’d us back with little credits and I feel free to let them know.
Nice friendly sometimes… well, you know delivery joints… they’re not always employed with the nicest people.
But the breadsticks are phantastic!
