As a former Bank Manager and Loan Officer for over 25 years, I understand the need for confidentiality, accurate financial documentation, privacy and dependability.

I have been certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) as a Certified Loan Signing Agent, have passed their rigorous background check, am licensed by the State of Washington, bonded and insured with an Errors and Omissions policy of $ 100,000.

I work for several local Title and Escrow Companies and Insurance Claims Processors, my website has recommendations from them and I am available seven days a week for signings.
