Scope of services: Exterior house and garage painted (4200 sq. ft house, three stories), including power washing, sanding, applying primer, and two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint, including painting of doors and downspouts; fixed and repositioned gutters and downspouts, staining of decks and fence, carpentry/​replacement of rotten trim, fixed foundation of fence.
I can’t say enough good things about Motti Painting Solutions. Last summer I had interviewed 8 different painting companies. Motti Painting Solutions gave me the most thorough estimate, detailing all of the aspects that would be included in the quote (a multi-​page document) so that there would be no miscommunication between what work would be done. While their quote was not the lowest, I definitely feel that in the end they were worth what we paid, especially for the quality of the work they did. I communicated with both Daniel and Felipe, who were both very responsive, professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. Their team worked very hard, showing up early in the morning and finishing each day with a thorough cleanup. They have essentially worked nonstop for the past few weeks to get the job done in a timely manner. Everything went very smoothly, even when we requested that additional work be done during the job (they had their own carpenters so there was no miscommunication of what extra work was to be done). We were very picky with details, and their team did not hesitate to comply with our requests until we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to our friends.
