Mill Creek Family Branch YMCA

It really comes down to smiling faces… The people here are so pleasant. From Sharon, Peter, Ben, and Charlotte at the front desk to Coach Wagner. We just moved from Houston, and joined for swim team and lessons. So far, the experience has been fantastic!!!

Very poor customer service, pool life guards ate very rude to children and I know they are there to keep people safe but there is never a time where a child needs to be yelled at when their patents are sitting 2 feet away. Will not be back.

Not a world famous gym, but clean facilities, friendly staff and an extremely positive environment for children and adults. You honestly can’t ask for more from a business.

Very Friendly staff and for the most part the bathrooms and showers are clean too. Took my first Pilates class there yesterday and it was fun even though it was me and my daughter. The instructor still took time to do the class for us. The gym area is always well cleaned and equipment working.
Do wish they would put in a sauna.

For under $ 100 per month, we get membership for a family of six. Our kids love the play area, open gym, swimming pool and the cardio/​weight room is clean and fully loaded. Great value for a family friendly environment.

If it wasn’t for the 1.5 hours a day of babysitting that are included in the monthly fee, I would probably go insane!!! Seriously mothers, It is so amazing to be able to work out today while your children are receiving amazing daycare! After the first day in daycare the workers knew my kids names and they NEVER forgot them. They are so kind and patient which is a huge change after my experience at 24 hour fitness.
The classes they have here are also fabulous! They are fun and the instructors are top notch. I wouldn’t think of joining any other gym after going here!!!
Also, YMCA is a christian organization that will not turn away anyone who is unable to afford a membership. It is based on your income which helped us out a lot right when we moved here and were poor college students. We were able to pay half price for a family pass for our first year.
Thank you YMCA for helping me to be thin while at the same time watching my children after nap time which is when they are most cranky!!! :)

What can I say, it’s the Y. They keep the place clean and all the equipment is working for the most part. Only complaint is they don’t have racketball. It can be quite busy around 6:00pm on the weekdays. That’s a good thing I think.

I picked this YMCA because of summer camps and swimming lesson for my 6 year old daughter, and now I will be staying with them for more classes because of these reasons:
The front desk were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Also the swim instructor was very nice and friendly and my daughter is looking forward to seeing her again. I hope I can find more classes helpful for her.

I also love this YMCA. My sons and I come every week and sometimes more often depending on our schedule. I use the gym facilities and we all swim in the pool, including swimming lessons for my boys. The front desk staff are very friendly and always available to help. The lifeguards are a bit standoff-​ish but I’m not really there to have a conversation either. The only negative I would have to say is about the cleanliness of the weight room equipment. The surfaces that get used often are wiped down regularly but the base of the machines is quite dusty and speckled with sweat drops. Kind of gross…

The front desk staff are rude and stuck-​up. its not worth the monthly fee for employees that dont care about you or your family.

Love this Y! Staff is always so friendly and genuinely caring and helpful. Swim instructors and staff have made an effort to get to know kids and make them feel special.

I love this gym! I love it because you see a lot of families and children here. It doesn’t feel like a «Meat market,» like the other gyms I have been to. The Zumba classes are HARD-​CORE but sooooo much fun! The best work-​out I’ve ever had and I have done a lot of different work-​outs. The staff is kind as well. I do wish they’d have even more Zumba classes though, like on Friday evenings or even Sunday afternoons would be great.
If you live in the area, you should try this gym; you won’t be disappointed. :-)

I really like this place. Friendly knswledgable staff and clean and fun place to work out. The prices are great and the activities it offers for the entire family is fantastic. Until just recently, I thought of the YMCA as something different than it really is. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.
