Mazda of Everett

If I could give 6 stars, I would.
I never would have thought that I would be purchasing a Mazda. I was in the market for a new vehicle and after my brother took a business trip and drove a Mazda for his rental, he told me I needed to check it out. I am glad I did. I test drove the Mazda 3 and the Mazda 6 and went with the 6. The car drives incredibly smooth and I can tell no difference between the Mazda and my previous BMW or Mercedes. Honestly, I was shocked at how well the car drives. The options included with even the base model were great as well. The car looks like it costs twice as much, too. At first glance, people are shocked when I tell them it’s a Mazda.
I was also extremely impressed with Mazda of Everett as a business. I live in Issaquah, so it can be over an hour drive just to get there, but it is well worth it. I had a small issue when I bought the car, thinking that a feature was included (I bought the base model, didn’t realize I had to pay extra for added features) but I learned after purchasing that I was mistaken. Mazda of Everett agreed to give me the added feature to my car at no cost. They were also extremely friendly about it and made the transaction pain free. What great customer service! I will be buying another Mazda someday, and I will definitely buy from Mazda of Everett!

George was great to work with. No pressure and he helped me get a great deal on a CX 5. Love the car and had a great experience at this dealership. George kept things simple and there were no hidden costs or surprises. Also like the free lifetime car washes!

My husband & I had a great experience here today buying our new cx3. We had TJ & he was a sweetheart! Not pushy at all & very helpful. During the financing part we sat down with James who was also very chill & down to earth. As we were leaving one of the dealership owners thanked us on our purchase. Car buying can be such a hassle but it really was a great experience today! (Despite the Seahawks loss earlier)

BJ Hellman was willing to work with me regardless of my credit score, and got me approved for a loan right away. He went out of his way to make my experience at the dealership there a smooth and pleasant one. He was very friendly and made sure I was capable of making payments on time. I would definitely recommend Mazda of Everett and BJ to my friends and family.

Purchasing the car was painless and we had a very friendly, helpful salesman.
With the purchase of our new car came a life time of FREE carwashes. Sounds great right? Never have to pay for another carwash! However we have owned our new car for 2 months now and taken it in 3 times for a carwash. The first time they didnt wash the tires, didnt even touch the tires (they were filthy). Second time, exact same issue. They didnt clean the tires so I brought it to the attention of the finance staff. Third time they didnt dry the car so water spots all over. During the third wash, my son waited for someone to come dry his car and when someone came to the window to tell him he was good to go, my son asked «arent you going to dry the car?» The other gentlemen responded by saying it was too cold! I have to say it may have been in the 50’s but it was sunny and no reason they shouldnt have dried the car. I dont have time to complain everytime we get a carwash so maybe if they see this post they will reconsider the way the carwash runs. Its simple, the car should be cleaned from top to bottom and dried at the end of the car wash… unless its pouring down rain! We are very disappointed with our FREE carwashes. They are not quality carwashes. We will take it elsewhere.

I hate car shopping… and that wasn’t my plan for this particular day, but I went to visit Fernando Gaeta about getting my current car payments down. I ended up leaving with a new car, AND lower payments! He made it simple and worked very hard for what I wanted in a car. This dealership is clean and the salespeople helpful. I ended up going back the next day to get my tire pressure checked and the service department was great too! In a few years, when I need another car, I will return… and plan to encourage anyone I know who is looking for a car or better financing to visit the dealership and meet Fernando!

This place leaves me speechless! I did not buy my Mazda from here but every time I call with a question or drop by with a problem they treat me as their number one loyal customer. They will work with you through anything. The customer service is outstanding! Keep up the good work :)

Haven’t had to buy a car in almost 10 years. I go to this dealership alot to get my Mazda MPV van serviced and they always do a great job. They forget to wash my van a few times but i’ll let that pass becasue all I have to do is ask and they do it. But i will say I would rather not have to ask ;-) That’s probably my only gripe about service. Otherwise they are really great back there.
Anyhow it was time to buy a new car and had actually gone to another Mazda dealershp first becaues I was in the area. The two really don’t compare. I got Luke at Mazda and he was funny and really great. Got the price I wanted, the exact car I wanted and going through the paperwork was quick and easy. Everyone there was friendly and the facility itself is new and very nice.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Our family’s transportation situation had wandered into dire straits with a blown engine in one car and a total loss accident with another. Jerry was the first person at the dealership to greet us, listened to our needs, and then got to work. And work they did. I was so impressed with their diligence. They presented us with several options, all within the budget we gave them. Will I buy another car there? I’m in the process of doing it right now. Bravo Zulu Mazda of Everett!

Very different from your typical car-​buying experience, in time, service, and personal attention. We were helped by George, who I believe is the current manager of this location, and the service level was outstanding. Being new to Mazdas in general, I was grateful for the time he took to show us all the ins and outs of my new CX-​9, even after we had purchased and paid for the vehicle — usually, as soon as you pay, they rush you out the door as quickly as possible. The negotiations were fast, easy, and I didn’t feel like I was «haggling.» Everything offered was straight-​forward and transparent, and didn’t have the feel of a typical «sleazy car salesman» experience. After we were done, my husband wanted to take the Mazda 3 our for a test drive as well. Despite the fact that it was clear we were not going to be purchasing another vehicle right away, George still took the time to show it to us and let us take it out for a quick spin.
The only thing that would make me want to knock off a point, is the fact that when we showed up, they were extremely busy and likely understaffed, so this did cause a delay in service. Despite this, however, we were in and out of the dealership in just a couple of hours.

Applied for special financing online and was called shortly after by a rep named Fernando. Was told I was approved for a loan and that he was surprised because I don’t have the greatest of credit. He pressured me to pass on my documentation via email so that they could finish the process and I did it because I’m desperate for a car. A little while later, he calls and starts giving me a run around, requesting more information, which I sent to him. He promised to get back to me within 10 minutes and still no answer. I sent him a text and an email and no word. I have no idea if who I even spoke to exists and am still without a car and missing work. I do not recommend dealing with them because they are not very reliable and just seem to want to get you in there or tell you what they think you want to hear but do not have the intent to help you.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its personnel and the selection was incredible! No pressure sales, very knowledgeable about features of each model, doesn’t try to upsell and genuinely cares about their customers. Each sales person is interested in building a relationship and a customer for life. I highly recommend Sheldon if you are going to this dealership to purchase a Mazda, new or preowned!!!

Wow! I just bought my second car from here. I came to check out a used car and traded in my CX-​5 for it. Silly me. I started by going to another dealership that lied to me and were pushy from the start. Mazda of Everett is truly different. It’s a much more relaxed place. They continue to impress me with their honesty and friendly service. Definitely worth the drive from Kirkland!

Most seamless, painless, least time consuming car buying experience I have ever had! True customer centered focus and business model demonstrated by all. Sheldon was the sales manager of all sales managers that I couldn’t have been more impressed with!

Just had the best and easiest new car purchase at Everett Mazda. Frank, our salesman was wonderful and treated us properly. We bought a new mazda6 and our daughter followed suit the very next day.
Easy negotiations without pressure and no pushy adds or financing issues, we will be customers for a long time.

When we started searching for our next car we test drove many makes and models, taking our time. We were very clear before test driving any car that we were not ready to make a purchase. Jordan assisted us early on for a test drive of a Mazda 3. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured and he didn’t abandon us on the lot after we said we were not making a purchase that day.
Two months later we went to the dealership because it had a used car we had our eye on. Knowing this make and model (Nissan 370Z) was a bit out of our price range enhanced our anxiety about making a purchase, if we could make one at all.
As we approached the showroom, Jordan opened the door and said «I remember you! » We were immediately relieved we weren’t going to get a hard sale full of pressure and anxiety. Hubby drove the car and loved it. Now, the rubber hit the road… time to negotiate. With Jordan’s calm demeanor, we got the exact car we wanted for a fair price, with great financing from our credit union.
Very pleased to have a great knowledgeable sales pro to help us. He’s a great asset to this dealership.
P/​S — the 5 star rating is for the exceptional sales man, Jordan. The day after we purchased the vehicle, I was contacted by someone else to come in and drive the car when it was no longer in inventory. Really? !?

I usually have little tolerance for auto sales. I took sales training previously and now feel pretty insulted by the games perpetrated on me by auto sales people.
Not here. These goofballs are great.
I purchased a 2016 Mazda6 Grand Touring. As a Costco member there is a fair price and no games. I’ve bought 2 new cars from these guys and all went as smooth as baby diarrhea both times.
The car is exception btw, as opposed to the Mazda2 that I traded in because I couldn’t bear to sell the Altoid can on wheels to another human.
Glad I wandered in after getting hosed by a Kia shop. Thought I’d never want another Mazda after the Mazda2 but this car is amazing with great power & handling… and better mileage than the gutless Mazda2!
I’ve bought 8 or 9 new cars before and these characters are pros in comparison to my previous experiences.

Jordan was absolutely amazing. He was a young salesman but definitely doesn’t think in terms of sales but rather in terms of building the business at Mazda of Everett. A total keeper I might add. The best part about the process was that Jordan knew more about the Mazda that I purchased than I did. As a Mazda owner of 13 years and ready for an upgrade, I had been researching the Mazda 3 and the different options for more than 3 years. It was nice to know that he was as passionate about my future Mazda 3 as I was. He even let me bump the amazing Bose stereo as loud as I wanted, which was awesome. Oh the bass and clarity. Jordan didn’t push his agenda. When I told him what I wanted, he didn’t try to steer me away. He let me be the guide and call the shots. I didn’t even need to haggle over price and we all know that’s what people dread about the car buying process. The negotiation was completely finished in a short period of time. Last but not least, Jordan was genuinely friendly. I greatly appreciated his tireless energy and spirit.
It was nice to know that Jordan, Jerry and Ron were willing to take the time to invest in networking and building a personal but not too personal relationship. They definitely know that the difference between contact and contract is the «R» that stands for Relationship. The best salespeople are obsessed with their customers and growing their business.

The new showroom is so unbelievably stunning with huge big screen televisions. What a showroom stopper. After moving north from Olympia, I decided to bring my 2012 3 hatch here for regularly scheduled maintenance. I called them up to ask about their spring service special, and approximately how long it would take (I was trying to squeeze it into my work day). I was quoted and hour and made the appointment.
I was 15 minutes early to drop off my car, and hoped it would be completed by noon (it was an 11am appointment). By 11:30, the service advisor met me in the waiting area to let me know the service was complete, and the additional services they suggested. I declined, letting him know I was on a time crunch. He said they would finish the vacuum and wash and have it ready ASAP. Well, at 12:25, he finally came to let me know everything was done. When I went to pay, he ignored the service coupon I had already presented by charging me the full amount. I also noticed some other nickel and dime charges on there. I reminded him of the coupon and ignored the other charges as I was already running late.
I was fine with the slow service and absentminded service advisor. But I noticed a few days later that they used a synthetic blend instead of the full synthetic oil that I paid for. Being that they’re the dealer and know that the engine should only be serviced with full synthetic, this was deeply disappointing.
By far one of the sleaziest service departments I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t be going back.

These guys go above and beyond to help you out! You’re dealing with salesman and the owners no management so it’s easier for them to be more flexible with you personally. The staff is down to earth and efficient. We were here for a few hours but we got a lot done and exactly what we wanted! Highly recommend this dealership versus others around. Our salesman was Russ.
