M & N Absolute Auto Repair

I thought I needed my front brakes to be replaced, according to the dealership who last serviced my car. I took my car to M&N Absolute and turns out, the front brakes pads had another 6 months of life time on them. They took pictures as proof. They were able to schedule me in last minute within the hour of me calling to fix other services (transmission fluids, replacing rotors). A week later, they even called back to confirm that everything was working properly. That is an A+ in my book for customer service.

Great people & Shop. Gavin, the service writer, is so friendly and professional. I love Vicki and Mike, the owners. They are so upbeat and caring.

Had an oil problem with my 2000 Jeep Cherokee (common problem with gaskets in the inline 6), called other shops and they said they were unable to get me in due to «lifts» and time needed. Just moved to WA and ALL the Jeep dealers close to me had some horrible reviews, which means they do not get my business!!! Jessica and Gavin were more than willing to help since I used their night drop and they walk me through the diagnosis and called to give me regular updates. What makes them a great shop and a pleasure to do business with is the extra care they place in customer service. Everyone has to make money, but humble, customer based service is hard to find. Would recommend to anyone in the area. In closing, I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service at M&N.

The people at M & N are super nice, and genuinely want to help people out. I called in a panic and the lady on the phone calmed me down with her friendly demeanor. She let me know they would take a look and give a free diagnosis! The other shop I called said it would cost $ 50 for them to just take a look!
I took my wifes car in and they quickly let me know the issue and gave me a price. The price was actually lower than the other mechanics I called, so I was pleasantly surprised. I brought the car in the next day, sat at the Panera bread and worked (using their free wi-​fi) for a few hours and when I walked back in my car was ready to go.
They really made me feel like a neighbor from the beginning of my fiasco until the end. It looks like they give back to the community and they have cool promotions that I was able to take advantage of by picking out a 10% off Easter egg out of their Easter basket!
All in all, the people at M& N are awesome, my wife’s car is still running and I feel comfortable knowing I didn’t get screwed over by another mechanic. I definitely recommend these guys and will go back next time I have an issue.

I’m a female in the Navy and one of the biggest challenges I face when reporting to a new city is finding a legitimate, trustworthy auto repair shop that won’t try to take advantage of me. I am a huge supporter of small and local businesses so I try to take my 2009 Toyota Corolla somewhere other than pricey Toyota dealerships.
When my car started making an awful noise I originally called Toyota, as I was new to Everett and didn’t know who to trust. They told me I had to wait almost 2 weeks and the cost was going to be $ 200 just for a diagnosis! I did some research and found M And N who told me I could bring the car in right away. Greg, at the front desk, walked me through everything and he explained the issue clearly, even going so far as to show me the belt and where it was ripped as well as telling me EXACTLY why it was happening. Their price was fair (WELL below Toyota) and their service was excellent! I brought my car back for oil changes, new brake pads, and for a pre trip inspection before moving on to my next duty station.
If you need an auto shop, M And N comes with my 5-​star approval!

This place is SUPERB! I came across it by accident as I was looking for a foreign auto repair place and couldn’t find it… The place looked closed and was way in the back of some other buildings behind and over a bit from Micky D’s (well worth the hunt!). I only went in to ask for directions to the place I was looking for and told them my problem — cd/​radio & clock not working after I had had new fuses put in… I asked them what they would charge and the service manager Greg Eggling came on out to take a look… he said it was probably just a fuse but would have the OWNER Mike Doherty take a quick look at it — Mike asked me if the lighter/​charger outlet was working but since I never use it I popped the cap off and sure enough there was a bunch of metal pieces (I am sure my niece who smokes did it when she was waiting for me at the chiropractors on Monday)… As soon as Mike saw that he said it probably just re-​blew out the new fuses so after he got all the little pieces out (actually that was greg) he re-​installed a new fuse and voila! it was totally fixed! Mike also replaced the stupid Toyota fuse cover and they didn’t even charge me! I was expecting to pay at least $ 50 but am a low income senior and can’t thank them enough for coming to the rescue at NO CHARGE!!! This place deserves our business — small, family owned, LOCAL business!!! Go M&N! I will be back! M & N ABSOLUTE AUTO REPAIR

Mike’s a stand up guy. my alternator was on the fritz and i was worried that my car wasn’t going to make it in so I took it in. he diagnosed the car for free and sure enough it was the alternator.
he charged me a more than fair price which was a couple hundred less than the dealership. He also arranged a rental car for me on his dime since he wasn’t going to be able to get the part until the next morning.
I got the car back and it’s now running like a champ! I would definitely take my car back to these guys since they are fair and honest and they won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need.

Great shop… honest…affordable and nice guys. They also helped out one of my employees saving her 100’s of dollars off the quote she got from another shop. Finally a place you can trust, even if you are a woman and know nothing about the goings on of your vehicle.

We have been taking our 2 vehicles to Mike at M & N Absolute Auto Repair for a couple of years now. (1999 Oldsmobile Silouette and 1999 GMC Jimmy). We have always been pleasantly surprised. He’s extremely honest, reliable, and fair. This is the ONLY repair shop I will ever trust with our vehicles. The service is fast and very accomidating. I never stress over auto repairs anymore because I know that our vehicles are in good hands. I reccomend this shop to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

We took our Hyundai here because the timing belt was overdue for replacement. They did a FANTASTIC job, and charged several hundred dollars less than other auto shops.
Also, the job was done early, which is amazing!
