I’ve only been to the butcher side of the house. The al pastor is fantastic! Prepped with pineapple and seasonings. Makes for a delicious bbq item. The place is clean, and staff is friendly to people like me who don’t speak Spanish. Pro tip– grab some guacamole to go with your order.

Cant say enough about this place. My husband and I come for carnitas on weekends and pan during the week. Fresh made here.delicious. some guy snickered at my bad Spanish and the cashier was the greatest lady ever so nice. Great selection of dried food. Candies are great. Its like ed evergreen Asia market but Hispanic.

I went in for the first time to this place and the store was clean and well-organized. I went to order meat from the butcher and not only was he too busy talking to the cashier behind me to remember my order, but he also grabbed the meat with his bare hands. When I gave him my order he was holding a pen and a clipboard and he put them down, wiped his hands on his jeans(he wasn’t wearing an apron) and began putting meat in the bag. When I told him he was adding too much meat(like I said he was talking to the cashier behind me to remember my order) he reached in the bag and grabbed handfuls of meat and put it back. He wiped his hands on his jeans again, tied the bag, and handed it to me. I walked three steps to the cashier, put the bag on the counter and told her I wasn’t going to pay for it because the worker had just put his bare hands all over it, and I walked out. I will never go back to this place, which is a shame because it’s a nice establishment and the meat looked great.

Los Guerreros is bright and clean as others have noted. It is also well stocked. My family likes adobada. This place gives you a choice of chicken, pork, beef and even goat adobada. Service was friendly. I tried the small taqueria in back. I opted for barbecued goat. It was tough and gamey but that may be the nature of goat. I had never eaten it before. The beans, tortillas and rice were nondescript but I still give the place 3 stars for a clean well stocked butcher shop.

I am from Arizona and always had 3 to 4 carnicerias around at all time to choose from. Coming here it’s been a rough search. I came on Unilocal because google wasnt finding them. We were in the mood for carne asada, and I will say this place didnt scratch the itch for good carne… I probably wont be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was soooo good i just had to say something. We just went on whim looking for tacos on a saturday afternoon and this place just caught our eye. I had the carnitas gordita and omg, it was the best carnitas i’ve had this side of the border. Their steak tacos were just right too. It’s clean, reasonable prices, nice folks, and good food. Really, you gotta try this place and if you come on a saturday get the carnitas. Yummy! … oh and the store and meat market portion of the place is cool too.

This is the best carniceria in Everett. I went looking for pork cheeks and they had them! I got some moronga, this fantastic blood sausage and some marinated carne adovada. They’ve got all kinds of marinated meats and poultry and make their own chorizo. The butcher is very friendly and helpful. It’s a bright and clean place and the prices can’t be beat.
