Lilly’s Fresh Pasta is a gourmet fresh pasta company that specializes in homemade fresh pasta, ravioli, tortellini, tortelloni, and gnocchi. Our products are always fresh or blast frozen, never precooked. Our fresh pasta is made from 100% semolina flour; we make every cut from spaghetti and fettuccine to fusilli and rigatoni. Our ravioli are made from scratch with wholesome, all natural ingredients. We have been proud to supply New England’s finest restaurants with our fresh pasta products since 1986.

History

Established in 1986.

The D’Alelio family arrived in the United States from Genoa, Italy with a dream to bring their family pasta recipes abroad. «Mama» Lilly D’Alelio opened Lilly’s Fresh Pasta in 1986, while her late husband Giovanni (and later her son Antonio) went door-​to-​door offering would-​be clients samples in exchange for their attention. Lilly’s cooking spoke for itself, and Lilly’s Fresh Pasta soon grew into one of the finest fresh pasta manufacturers in New England. To this day, Lilly still works long hours and oversees all production while Antonio and his small team of workers run the company. Pasta remains Lilly’s passion, and to this day she refuses to compromise or cheapen production so that her pasta retains the same quality as when she opened the doors of the factory.
