What a wonderful restaurant! Everything in this Chinese buffet is great. I appreciate the very broad selection of interesting foods. The sushi in particular is an amazing value considering it all comes for less than $ 10. Everyone will have different favorites I’m sure, but I particularly like the stuffed mushrooms and walnut shrimp. So many other items are quite delicious my only complaint is it can be a challenge to try everything before getting stuffed. Don’t let the derelict exterior deserve you. The inside is quite pleasant with polite and good service. There is even a hibachi and grill.

Decent food at an alright price. We went in on a Monday evening though, so maybe the food is much better on a friday or Saturday when they are constantly rotating it. We will definitely try them one more time.

A great budget buffet. I’ve gone with my roommate a few times and each time the staff were always replenishing empty trays with fresh food. They have coupons in the ValPak coupon envelope that we get in the mail, and one coupon covers your dining party. It’s never crowded or noisy. Like most Chinese style buffets, there’s mostly eastern dishes, so if you’re expecting lasagna and pizza, try Old Country instead. If that’s not a deal breaker though, it’s excellent. The salmon is great, the chicken, beef, pork. all good. They’ve got egg drop and wonton soup. There’s even a mongolian grill style fixture where one of their cooks fries up noodles for you while you wait.

Here’s the thing: You get what you pay for. Which is one of the best things about this place. If you want Asian Buffet on a budget, go here for lunch. It’s around ten dollars and you get the typical menu: salmon, chinese food and Kroger-level sushi. For dinner, they add baked oysters(yummy, but not to everyone’s taste) and crab legs which they are slow to bring out, so everyone sits and stares and waits for enough crab legs for everybody. The price for dinner is in the teens. Per person. If you find their coupon in the envelope in the mail, use it, they don’t deserve that extra dollar. There is a great need for improvement in freshness, too. It takes them forever to bring out items. One time I bit into some sushi and the rice had dried out. There are other buffets in Everett, but the quality is only marginally better and they cost a fortune, so I think these guys survive by being the bargain. And they don’t give out fortune cookies. I give this place three stars to emphasize their averageness and mediocrity, not because I would label it as «A-ok.»

This place still haunts me at how awful it was. Seriously, do not take your hard earned money here. They do not put any effort or care into their food. It would taste better if you made it at home. And it was cold. It seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. No thank you.

Good values! Lunch under $ 20 for 2 people including hot tea and soft drinks. I really liked steamed clams, shrimp stir-fry with vegetables. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. :)

Lunch for two people for around twenty bucks? Sold! I showed up after reading previous reviews, which seemed to be pretty mixed. My findings? All good. Hot foods were hot, cold foods were cold. The place wasn’t crowded or noisy even though I came on Memorial Day, which was a big selling point for me. No crowds, no waiting, no headaches? Nice! I’ll be coming back. Soon.

Worst buffet ever been to! Would not recommend anyone to come tbh. Sorry. Personally I love buffets, but this one was nothing good at all. The staff was ignoring us. The food was cold and tasteless. We didnt like it, and probably wont come back ever again.

This place is actually pretty good. It’s never crowded which I prefer to eat my meals in peace so I can actually have a conversation with my guest without distractions. I feel that it’s hidden location is why they aren’t getting the crowds they deserve. They have lots of people at times but plenty of spaced out seating. The food is of great variety. Personal chow mein chef, samples of sushi, soft serve ice cream, seafood and lots of main meat dishes that taste great.(Some places have cheaper filler food that makes it look like they have more stuff) Everything was labeled… Correctly Condiment bar with mini cups All you can drink for with pop, coffee, tea, espresso for Free! They are constantly cleaning and friendly too. $ 12/person on a Friday night can’t be found anywhere that I know of.

Worst Chinese food buffet in the history of Chinese food buffets. The food seemed old, cold and flavorless. I’m honestly baffled how anyone could give this place a good review. Save your money and go anywhere else. Yuck.

We knew going into a buffet wouldn’t be the best quality, but the food here was cold, kinda expensive and old. Crunchy noodles, cold meat, ect… I wouldn’t recommend it

Always on the hunt for decent buffet restaurant for a decent price, we decided to try this one after reading all the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised, everything was hot and fresh. Everything had its own flavor. We will be returning.

I like this place. I’ve been going here since way back when it first opened. They have had their ups and their downs of course. But for under $ 20 for 2 people, it’s not bad. In all honesty it’s just a little more than 2 meals at McDonald’s but I would rather go here and have more options. I love the wonton soup, the cream cheese wontons, shrimp rolls, beef and mushrooms, and the white noodles with the veggies and egg. Other things are good too but those are my favorites. My husband loves the baked salmon though he did say it was in a lot of butter, but still good. We’ll keep going back here every once in a while when we’re craving cheap, decent Chinese food :)

Always on the lookout for decent, inexpensive Oriental food, we ventured to this buffet in Everett. I reviewed the Unilocal about this place beforehand and decided that the overall tone of most of the Unilocal warranted a firsthand judgement. The location, itself, is rather simple but seemed clean overall. Décor was on the frugal side, and understandably so. The food was average to slightly above average, with both hits and misses on the food selection. I was pleased at the veggies: crisp, fresh, not too salty and not too over-cooked. Beef items were tender and relied upon the natural flavors of the meat, and NOT too saucy. Some chicken items, particularly grilled items, were excellent! However, fried chicken items seemed to be too heavily breaded and the General Tso’s Chicken actually tasted suspicious. My daughter loved the baked salmon. My wife gave the won ton a hearty thumbs up. Although not boasting the selection you would find at a pricier place, variety is satisfactory. Prices were under $ 10 dollars, so this is a rare star for the tight budget. Although this place gets several things right, it isn’t anything to brag about. Just a decent, inexpensive, hearty meal. But taste with caution. I am not sure if the suspicious item was undercooked, foul, or poorly seasoned(it tasted like someone spilled fish sauce in the dish!). I’ll give this three stars and the possibility of a return visit when we crave cheap grub.

Since it’s only fair to give them a second chance, I did. Both times I had to hurry to sit on the toilet less than 15 minutes after eating. I later learned they’ve been busted in the past putting leftovers on plates back into pans to serve in the buffet. EWWW that did it for me. The buffet by Everett Mall is way better!

Im all about the sushi, so one thing I notice, it was a regular Saturday. In the past, Ive always gone when it was a busy day, like father’s day, mother’s day, etc. During those holidays, the sushi did look like they were rushed. So, is it safe to conclude that on a slower day, the quality is better because there is no rush? Yesterday was near the top when it came to their sushi. Everything else was good.

The food was very cold which seemed strange to me. It was a huge disappointment :( On the plus side… I liked their Rainier cherries that they had in the dessert area. It was the highlight of my visit which says a lot LOL

Food is decent but the service was rude and people state at you a lot and let their children run around. But for 7.60 for an adult guess u can’t be too picky

Won’t be back here. We were looking for a different buffet, but in the dark and pouring rain, we settled on this one. It was dirty. The food wasn’t very hot. I really thought I’d get sick trying most of what they had. My husband loves chinese buffets, so I’ve been to a lot of them and this ranks down there with some of the worst.

This place was gross! Everything tasted like the poured sugar all over it, I had a stomach ache right after i left. I dont like how the employees just stare at you while you eat like they are rushing you. I rather go to lucky buffet plus lucky buffet has a better selection.
