I called to ask how much they would charge, including the service fee, to change some locks. I wanted to call around so the gal told me she would offer me 15% off if I chose them… After I called around the price she gave me with 15% off was better. Called her back and scheduled for same day. Once the locksmith arrived the price had doubled with what he stated needed to be done. I was stuck paying the service fee either way– so, I went forward with the service because I’m in a time crunch and here we are. I do not recommend.
