August of 1978, that I began taking night classes at the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California. I found that I had a natural skill in the practice of law. As soon as I became a practicing attorney, I discovered I truly enjoyed taking on the difficult cases in criminal law. I knew how to talk to people, how to analyze a case and how to win.
