The Owner was very gung ho to provide monthly services to our condo’s building common area. I arranged time to meet with a supervisor who said they would be in touch and never received a follow up. Not only that but 3 emails and 3 voicemails later asking for the common courtesy of at least replying with a quote or just a ‘reply’ why they don’t want our business, still nothing.
Don’t do business with a company who doesn’t value your time or couldn’t be bothered to return a simple phone call.
