Best Western Plus Navigator Inn & Suites

Our stay at the Best Western Navigator in Everett started out great, friendly staff and their breakfast is bomb! We booked the room thru priceline so at check in we had to request a pet friendly room… so far so good. After one night we decided to upgrade to a suite for $ 30 more, and it was worth it, room was very very nice. On our 3^rd day there while paying for another night I hadnt loaded enough money on my credit card so I was $ 7 short for the night. When I asked if I could just pay that in cash Esmerelda said «oh, I would rather u not, its just easier for me if its all the same payment method, on the card. I politely tried to explain to her that it was not in fact easier for me bcuz I had to be some where in 20 minutes and she just stared at me like I wasnt speaking english. Long story short she made me reload my card which took another 35 minutes making me 45 minutes late for my commitment. To top it off she refused to give me new keys to my room until I brought down the previous nights keys that no longer worked.
So now on our 4^th day there, walking in and out with our little dog that we paid the pet deposit for and had said we needed a pet friendly room for I am told AFTER i just paid for 2 more nights that I was not allowed to have my dog in our room bcuz apparently the suits are not „pet friendly.“ UUUmmm, dont u think that info would have been helpful BEFORFE I PAID FOR A FRIGGIN SUITE AND BEFORE I JUST PAID FOR 2 MORE NIGHTS HERE???» Now wtf am i supposed to do? So being told that I wasnt allowed to have my dog in our suite, I headed outside to make some calls and find my little dog a place to stay for 2 nights. I was on my out to drop of the dog but needed to get my keys out of our room, 303 and i wasnt going to leave my pure bread $ 450 tea cup chihuahua in an unlocked vehicle in Everett so I carried him in my arms up the stairs to the 3 floor suites and as I opened the hallway door one of the front desk girls jumped out and said in an extremely overly loud voice «OUT, GET OUT!» I was shocked and said «what, what are u talking about?» She explained that she had informed me and hour previous that i could not have my dog in our room and that i needed to take the dog out now and if it seen on the premisis again that we would be «kicked out» She literally would not and refused to let me get a single word in edge wise! refused to hear me out and also told me that if i was going to argue with her that she would just kick me out anyways. I was appalled and extremely offended at the level of such disrespect and complete disregard she was showing for a guest. i have never been spoken to with such disgust and in such an accusitory way by someone in the service industry. if you dont allow dogs in the suites then perhaps u shouldnt have allowed me to upgrqade to one and then not even tell me for 3 more days!!! I will be calling the manager but i dont expect much from him either though considering Anthony, the front end manager, did nothing when told about the credit card incident. He also was rude and actled like my time ment nothing and how dare i call to complain about a rude emploee. WILL NOT RETURN

Can’t complain :) hits my ‘musts’ for a hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I felt safe. We arrived late and left early, so I can’t speak to the amenities (we didn’t have time to use them) but the bed was comfortable (firm), the room clean and well appointed, and the breakfast buffet very good. Good water pressure, and the shower head was high enough for my very tall other half. Great place to stay.

Pleasantly surprised, not far off from a 5, and that’s hard to get from me.
Cons: tight limited parking, a shared entrance with a gas station (odd), pool water was undeniably cold (but still had fun), included breakfast was great with lots of choices but staff really lagged with replacing items that ran out and cleaning up tables and messes. Additionally they had some indoor wasps, mentioned to 2 staff who did nothing. 10 mins later I finally went over and removed the wasp so I wouldn’t have to worry about it with my child.
Pros: room was as expected, nice size, clean, breakfast food choices was great. Enjoyed our 2 days.

Free parking, wifi, and there’s an odd evening reception in the lobby. This place is in the heart of Everett in what I’d say is a pretty unsafe area. If would not go in or out of the hotel after dark or in the early AM alone.

Just checked in to find that the shuttle I was promised is now not going to happen and it’s MY fault for booking online with a third party. Was told if I had made a group reservation at an increase of 30% per room per night *then* the shuttle I was promised by the manager upon booking non refundable stays would be honored. So now am screwed. Thanks bunches!

Terrible experience. I stayed here for several days. Part way through my stay they charged my card I had on file for incidentals without my permission or knowledge. Upon the day of our check out, we received a final billing showing the previous charge and the new, final charge to be made. We went to the front desk, had that charge reversed, put it on a debit card and went on our way. (It seems worth mentioning we used a credit card for incidentals because the credit union holds the hotel holds for 2+ weeks after it’s released, so instead of having the funds tied up, we use the CC for holds and the debit for closing out are bill. We do this often, as we travel often.) Much to our surprise when we returned home, our debit card was charged twice, credit card charged twice (almost $ 1,000 per charge… nearly $ 4,000 in funds tied up). It took weeks to resolve the issue. Our funds on both the credit and debit cards were unavailable while it was being resolved, our auto-​payments for bills were declined, we were charged late fees, our services were turned off at our home and I spend hours upon hours on the phone with the hotel and financial institutions. A month later, another charge showed up on the credit card (you know, the one we never authorized them to charge in the first place…) I contacted my CC company, who would not refund the charge because the hotel had sent them documentation that justified the charge. The hotel won’t refund it because they claim they never made the charge (true, they didn’t charge it again, they just provided documentation which caused the CC company to charge it back on the card). I contacted corporate who said they would resolve the issue. They did not. They «passed the file along» to the GM, after asking me if I’d like the GM to call me or if I preferred to work directly with them — I opted to work directly with them. Instead, I got a call from the GM. The hotel GM (supposedly) escalated the request for refund, and it was denied. It’s unfortunate that they aren’t willing to resolve this issue. Be careful who you give your credit or debit card information to… off I go to cancel all of my cards so they aren’t charged again.

Nice hotel, really great breakfast, nice pool, hot hot tub and nice workout room. The rooms were nice, clean and large.
They came with a little kitchen which was nice. The area was a bit sketchy but I think that is just Broadway in general! The maids and breakfast help were super nice and friendly. I had a little problem at the front desk but was contacted by the General Manager who was willing to make things right! My only issue was the pillows were a bit round! All in all I will go back if in the area, bringing my own pillow of course. :)

The room was a decent room. The location suckd we were placed across the hall from the 24 hour gym and computer room which are both next to the pool. To the side of us was the office or management room. All night hearing those does open and slammed closed killed me. I didn’t say anything I tried to just deal but at 830am the next morning someone decides to only vacuum the carpet near our room and the communal workout rooms and gym… vacuuming at 830am in a hotel next to someone’s door really? Then to make it worse when they get close enough to the door they bang it with the vacuum a couple times scaring the shit out of me… I just woke up to the noise now the banging the vacuum against our door. I go to look out the peep hole the lady who looks like a front desk agent finishes up and heads to the office. I opened my door just to double check our do not disturb sign was up. Sure enough it WAS all of this and she doesn’t see there are people in there sleeping at 830am while she is hitting our room door with a loud a $$ vacuum. I mean come on. Sadly this was two mornings in a row. Never again will I stay there rethinking best western in genral. What a bad visit it was up there because of that place.

stayed here twice now for work. Both times the toilets were dirty (I’ll spare you what was found on the seat) there was standing water in the sink and tub, gooey stuff on the kitchenette counter top, hair on the bed, and the floor didn’t look vacuumed (had particles all over). The walls are so thin good luck sleeping without ear plugs. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. stale defrosted bagels and something that looks like square eggs?

We loved this hotel!
We were in town for a wedding in Seattle and loved that this affordable hotel was only a 35 minute drive.
Awesome, friendly staff — clean and comfy room (with kitchenette) — quiet environment — great free breakfast.
Highly recommended!

We got to this place literally last minute and booked it with the receptionist with a fairly decent price.
The staffs throughout my stay was wonderful and the area was nice. Here are my pros/​cons of the hotel:
Pros:
–Great staffs
–Free parking
–Free wifi
–Breakfast daily & special dinner M-​Thurs (during my stay)
–Comfortable bed (coming from someone that uses a Tempurpedic at home)
–Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room
Cons:
–The shower curtains needs to be replaced to plastic or something because it smells afterwards
–Shower head was a bit stiff
–AC/​Heater was extremely loud when it came on

Great location, clean room, nice breakfast and very kind staff.

If you don’t mind staying in the suburbs where most things close at 9pm, and you have to drive 20 miles to get anywhere interesting, then this location will probably be okay.
Personally, I was looking for affordable, but clean, nice and safe, and this location seemed to fit the bill. There is a decent morning breakfast served here daily. Plus, weeknight evening, you can enjoy a happy hour with beer, wine and food in the lounge. There is also a laundry mat, gym and pool on site, but I didn’t find time to use any of those facilities.
Unfortunately for me, my room was located right next to the elevator, so the traffic of people heading out woke me each morning. There was also some sort of construction going on outside nearby the hotel which was also loud and disruptive to my sleep, and it seemed to start well before 8am. One day we had a fire inspection from 10am-​2pm. The alarms went off and we were told that the fire inspection crew would be visiting each of the rooms to check the sprinkler heads. The alarms did go off for less than a minute. I wear earplugs, so the noise wasn’t as piercing as it would have been if I wasn’t wearing them. I was actually looking forward to the visit from the fire crew, but alas, they never showed. I’m guessing they didn’t really need to check all four floors of the building.
The staff here were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping seemed respectful of my belongings.
I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again, but I would be more likely to find a less expensive place closer into town (Seattle) if I needed accommodations in the future.

My husband and I live somewhat locally to this hotel. However, we have had a need to stay close to my husbands work on Wednesdays lately. Chose the Navigator as it is minutes from my husbands work. We have stayed twice and have booked another room for next Tuesday. The rooms are great… they even provide you with dinner and wine, beer or juice between 5 – 7:30 p.m. and breakfast the next morning! I have slept so well while staying here! The staff… by far the BEST! Bill is great as is Holly too! Really appreciate this hotel! So glad we went here the first time, we certainly will be returning!

Have stayed here 2 times, great hotel with a happy hour/​managers get together. Breakfast is great! I do feel the price $ 104 plus tax (govt, AAA) is a little steep for the area (Evergreen) but they always seem full. Very clean love the kitchenettes. Dogs are an additional $ 20 per night. Pool is small but clean.

Great little hotel!
The staff was very professional and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was top notch. I stayed in the two room king suite with «bubble bath» In addition to a walk in shower, there was a large tub similar to a jacuzzi. Lots of bubbles coming up from below. There were even bath salts to use. Two flat screen non HD TV’s. A small one in the kitchen/​living room, and a large one in the bedroom.
The kitchen had a small fridge, not a dorm fridge, just a small version of a regular fridge. No ice maker. There were pots, pans, dishes and flatware. A full size dishwasher and 4 eye electric stove accompanied a small microwave.
The breakfast was standard fare, with wonderful service.
High speed wireless internet free with login/​password.
I highly reccomend the Best Western Navigator and will be staying there again

Got a last minute reservation (eight hours prior to arrival) @ this hotel. Negotiated a better rate for a suite. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was really good. The location was easy to find and not far from off of main roads.
One of the amenities was the free breakfast. There was a variety of foods available from cereal to yogurt. The big hit with my daughter was the waffles that we prepared ourselves.
Dining area was a little hectic but staff kept it clean and the other guests were all friendly. We even invited a gentleman who was in town to celebrate his wife’s 85^th b-​day to join us.
If I had to pay the «rack rate» I’d give it a 3.5 rating (mostly because of parking). I would still recommend it as a great place to stay.
