I am only giving Dr. Berg one star because I have called eight times to resolve a discrepancy in a lab bill. Each time I call I talk to one of her assistant’s and they tell me that my issues is on the doctor’s «whiteboard» to be addressed but she isn’t attending to it and it’s been over 3 months now. I know she is busy with patients but she is doesn’t seem to care about helping me resolve this lab bill. All she has to do is call in another billing code. So if you see Dr. Berg be aware that she will take care of you but not help with any billing issues.

We love Dr. Berg. She is the best family doctor who really care about her patients. She tries her best to understand, talk, and find her ways to cure her patients. She also recommends to use natural medicine. My husband loves her. My son loves her. Especially I’m in love with her because of how much she has done for our family. Wait time would be a little long though
