I miss my San Diego BB& B. Sooo much. I miss quality merchandise. Wide variety. 2 solid floors of things you want and need. A World Market inside. This is like the 7 – 11 version of the real store. I am unable to find a comparable store here in the northwest. I love the northwest, I really really miss the stores in San Diego. Especially BB& B.

This place for some reason doesn’t come to mind when I’m looking for a household item but twice now I found exactly what I was looking for here when I couldn’t find it anywhere else. First, it was a very nice light weight step stool. Then, yesterday, I found a nice juicer/reamer to hand juice my oranges and lemons I got on vacation from California. I was very pleased. I could look around this place for hours with their selection of home items! Customer service is great too!

Lots of cheap quality stuff, that isn’t worth buying. There are some OK things but are mostly overpriced. Kitchen stuff is probably the best area. Lots of shelves are messy or have little on them. Bins of crap all over the place. Many items don’t have prices listed. Probably the same as all stores, lol. No staff in the store, one worker running the register on a Saturday. Don’t plan on going back.

Had a bit of a bad experience the first time but went back and this time around was a much nicer visit to this store. The clerks were very helpful and thoughtful.

I think this is a pretty normal BBB. It was well organized(though a bit tight in some places) and had a great selection of items. The kitchen gadget area had all kinds of things, including utensils, large wooden cutting boards, and kitchen cabinet organizers. You also can find Tervis tumblers here, which I love! The reason I try to shop at BBB is their coupons. You can use multiple coupons on a single transaction, and they’ll let you bring a coupon in later with your receipt if you didn’t have enough coupons for your items. 20% off is always a bonus! The location is good — right next to the mall and near other popular stores. Parking is easy with a large lot in front.

Great store! Location is easy to find, there is plenty of parking and other stores to visit. The overall store is very well kept and the products are easy to find such as the luffas. Service is friendly and the store is well lit. They carry a vast array of appliances and other home décor to please everyone’s home style, taste, and budget.

This place was alright. There are plenty of parking spaces available outside, but I felt a little claustrophobic when I was there. The aisles just felt very close together and they just had bins of stuff in the middle of all of the walkways. We were looking for a red bathroom rug that we purchased from here a few years ago but it’s gone. They had a dark red color that looked like blood and that was basically it. I wish they had more of a warm colors selection and I’m not talking burnt sienna or anything like that. Pros: — By Everett Mall so there is more shopping close by! Cons: — WAY too cluttered in there for my liking… it just made me want to leave the store because it was so claustrophobic feeling — Wish they had a larger selection of bathroom rug colors and options Why I gave it a 3… It’s easy to find but I think they need to declutter the inside. It makes me so anxious when I am inside there! Easy to find since it is right by the Everett Mall.

I really like the employees at this store. They are nice and helpful and will let you browse yourself silly. Why 3 stars then? I purchased a fan that was being used as display model. That would have been fine with the exception that I wasn’t given the remote or paperwork that should have accompanied it(as it did for all those lucky customers who bought it new and in the box). I wasn’t even offered a reduction in price — something Best Buy or some other retailer would have done without batting an eye. So after looking it up online and discovering it was originally accompanied with a remote I contacted the store(and I emailed corporate as well). I was instructed to return the item to the store so I called and asked if they had a new unit in the box available. They said yes and agreed to hold the unit for me. I went in the next day and exchanged the unit — easy peasy, right? I got home and noticed the tape on the box didn’t look like it would originally from the factory. Upon opening the box — it didn’t look factory packaged inside either. The base that holds the unit upright consists of 2 plastic pieces that snap together — where it snaps together is discolored as if it had been pried apart. OK — so now it’s pretty clear that I’ve paid full price for a second used fan — only they let me believe it was new. My question is this — is it okay to sell someone something in a retail store under the belief that it’s new and un-used for full price — and be deceptive about it too? I don’t think so — nobody pays a new sticker price for a used car!
