Tonight my bf went to the Mill Creek Baskin Robbin’s to get two 2-scoop sundaes. When he returned with them, I thought that they’d forgotten to put the second scoop in. It actually looked like someone had eaten half of each sundae. When I talked to the manager over the phone,(he had been the server, as well). He informed me that all sundaes are made with kid-sized 2 oz. scoops. I can’t believe that they would charge almost $ 10, for what is an unreasonably small amount of ice cream. I asked the manager if we could exchange them for regular-sized scoops of ice cream, which are 4oz. each, and would have been the same price. He said«no», and was unhelpful in every way. He actually blamed my bf for not knowing that Baskin Robbins’ sundaes are made with kid-sized scoops. The pictures on the menu board show the sundae cups overflowing with ice cream, BUTOURCUPSWEREBARELYHALF-FILLEDEACH! *Do yourself a favor and go to Cold Stone Creamery, where they know how to treat their customers, and the prices are fair.

It’s 31 Flavors, so they are all about the same. Nice Korean immigrant owner was staffing the place by himself, but it was clean despite how busy they were on a surprisingly warm Friday evening in April. He stated they are adding FIOS WiFi soon and all the ice creams and cake freezers were clean and well stocked. Probably the only issue they have is that their next door neighbor us a 24 Hour Fitness…

I had an excellent experience at this location. The employee was friendly and made sure my ice cream drink was exactly how I wanted it. There was leftover drink mix in the blender and he filled up a small cup and gave it to me. He said he didn’t like to waste food. I felt like the customer really did come first.

Never has the new seasonal favors. Staff looks like zombies. My peppermint ice cream was ½ melted when I received it.
