I recently got my brakes done here. Not only were the prices more than reasonable, the service is amazing! I chose to wait for my car as opposed to the complimentary shuttle home. I brought my work laptop and planted myself at one of the tables in the waiting area and started working. The staff came and talked to me, got to know me, were totally ok with me working there and when I was struggling with connecting to their wifi they looked into it and shut down something on their end to boost the wifi for the rest of us. Thank you! I will be a long time customer!

Ordered the Deluxe Detail (full interior/​exterior) from the Amazon Local deal, really just wanted to get the inside of my car cleaned up and get a coat of wax on it before winter. Dropped off my car first thing Saturday morning and picked up what looked like a new car Saturday afternoon. (Yes, I left it all day — I was willing to be without my car to make sure they had time time to give it the attention I was hoping it would get.) I have a 10 year old BLACK Toyota RAV-​4 and am completely amazed at how great it looks. Black is tough to maintain — I did not expect it to come out as well as it did. The paint hasn’t looked this good since it was new and the interior is absolutely spotless! I’m definitely more than satisfied with the detail job and will certainly be a repeat customer to Auto Concepts Northwest! Thank you Joey, Jon and Javier!!!

I took my car here to have it detailed, and they did an amazing job! My car looks great, both inside and out. I had heard good reviews from friends about this place, and that is why I chose to go here. I am very impressed. The employees are great to work with too, and they are very accommodating. I plan to return for more services in the future.

man, these guys saved me. i needed advice on fixing my own car and they not only provided me great advice and smiles, but helped me with one of the parts i needed, they ordered it and it arrived within that hour!
i didnt feel wrong to ask anything, even being a woman and working on my own truck, they all made me feel comfortable and welcomed. also i am glad they took there time and didnt rush like so many people do, everything was done righ thte first time and i am very pleased. i will probably always come back here unless i move outta state. thanks auto cencept

I bought a deal for an interior detail through Amazon Local. When I called to schedule my service, they said the first available appointment was over a month out! I wonder if they say this to customers without Amazon Local or other deals (they’ve already been paid for my service) ???

I have given this place 3 different chances. It is close to home and seemed convenient for the price. But my experience…
I drop off my car first thing in the morning on Monday for a detail. I saw that someone else got a shuttle ride back home, as I was advised to run across the highway and RENT A CAR! So I did, thinking that I would only need it for the day. I was advised it would be ready by 5pm. No phone call later, and I run by the shop to find it closed. So I had to keep the rental over night.
2nd time I needed another detail and and an oil change. Was told I could get both done. Only got the detail. Had to return for the oil change. I sat in the lobby waiting on the oil change. Finally finished almost 2 hrs later… Drive away from the lot when I realize my car is shaking like an earthquake hit. I drive it throughout the day and realize it isn’t stopping. I call the place only hours later to tell them what was happening and they told me I could bring it back the following week. I’m a busy lady and now it’s been since July 2014 that It has been SHAKING a like crazy. And they won’t see me about the situation without charging me more money!
Ps this is all after misinforming me that my brake pads need changed (when I just had them done months earlier) and I show up to show them the receipt to having them done and he said, «oh yeah you’re right, they’re fine».

Worst service ever, had my rockchips repaired here, after just 2 weeks, the rockchips kept on spreading. Brought it back and they said the rockchips were new and they deny any work was done. Wasted $ 85 for rockchip «repair». Stay clear of this place!

Horrid customer service. Made an appointment online, as suggested on the company’s website as well as the Living Social ad. Drove from Bellevue to Everett for the appointment only to be greeted with blank stares indicating they had no record of my appointment. They said that the online appointment program did not forward the appointments to them (apparently ever). Then why the frick do they still have it on their site and why do they push it in their ad? No apology, no offer to comp me with gas or an oil change or anything. Only offer was to reschedule. I asked Living Social for a refund. I will not be back.

Brought my car in for a detail «outside only,» paid top dollar. When I came to pick up my car 5 hours later, they said it was done, there was still minor scratches. Had to wait for them to rub out. It should be noted my car was a small 2 door that was almost perfect to begin with. Also left swirl marks from buffing in my black paint. Just called it a day paid and learned my lesson. After I got home noticed they hadn’t even buffed my lower spoiler.
Hard to believe this place is connected to a New car dealer. Don’t waste your money!

I’ve been sitting here for 4 ½ hours! They just keep telling me a little longer. 30 min…45 more minutes… it’s almost ready. Ugh. I’d go elsewhere and avoid the hassle and time wasted.

They had a $ 99 interior detail special including seat and floor shampoo. I was so excited and used some Christmas present money to finally get my mommy-​mobile cleaned up. While they did a fine job at the hard surfaces, my seats look the same. Spots everywhere. I have all the interior cleaning supplies at home and I could have done this myself. The reason I bought this was to get my seats shampoo’d. So disappointed and angry I spent the time (I had to drop it off for 5 hours) and money for this. Steve from there said I could bring it back and they would fix it so we’ll see…

After I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time to my appointment they lied and said they just found out they were over booked because they didn’t want to service my car because I was going to use a coupon they were advertising. They didn’t apologize for not notifying me prior to my scheduled appointment, they seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Extremely unprofessional, I will never use them.

We bought a coupon thing from one of those deal sites last year for this place. It was like their lowest level detail and oil change. We have a beast of a kid hauler (Suburban) and it needed work BAD so we upgraded the level of detail. They told us it would take 4 hours and it took 8. I don’t know if its because our car was so bad but I would guess so because it was THAT bad. However, we were not charged anything extra and the car looks fantastic. Almost as good as when we bought it. People, I wish I had befores and afters. You really wouldn’t have believed the difference. They did miss one thing… One headrest was not lifted and cleaned. All the others were done though so I’m not quibbling. $ 120 ($ 148 if you add in the original coupon cost) for oil change and awesome detail on a big old car? WIN.

Lets face it. my car is ridiculous. I drive everywhere, I work 70 hours a week, and a i have a dog that is my copilot. Driving a brand new car, you would think I would keep it spotless… but my schedule gives me no time to clean it. I got my car interior detailed here last week. It was gorgeous, all vacuumed, smelled great, and all the chrome was shiny on the dashboard. Great experience and will definitely be returning every 6 weeks for a detail. Thanks guys for helping me and my baby stay clean:)

I was a bit leery at first with the company after seeing the reviews here, but I took a chance given that it was such a great deal on the brakes services deal (flush the line and new pads). The manager, Dave?, was attentive and the service was as advertised with no issues.
I subsequently brought my car back in to fix the dins – I had about 7 dins on my door from the kids constantly opening our other car’s door and banging into this car!
I brought it in because most other places quoted me around 300 to 400 dollars to fix them and this place had a maximum cost for the whole car. The fix took about 30 minutes and the car looked like new again.
Would go definitely go back again for services.

Had the windshield replaced on a 6mo old Honda Fit. Figured I was going to the dealer but I think they are a subcontractor on the Honda premises. They replaced the windshield with non-​original glass. Not a big deal, it is high quality and all but would have liked to have been informed ahead of time and given the opportunity to do some research on my own and been given the option. Also the rear view mirror was mounted a bit cockeyed and off center. Again, not huge in itself but pretty annoying since it is a new car and I am going to notice it. Third, the wiper arm was not lined up correctly when installed and would not go all the way to the edge of the windshield and kind of tripped over the other wiper occasionally. Again, not a huge deal, I fixed it myself but still. Pretty sloppy overall and add up to a pretty unhappy experience. Will not be going back and will tell others to avoid it.

HORRIBLE! The staff are rude and they do the worst job auto detailing. We took both our cars in and they basically were washed on the outside… that was it. We had bought the Livingsocial deal and expected something better. When a company is posting on a site like Livingsocial they should step up and do great work to bring back business that is then willing to pay full price. Instead Auto Concepts is hard to reach (they hardly answer durning business hours) their staff does not know simple answers to questions and they do HORRIBLE work. We will NEVER be going back. So DISSATISFIED!

Took a ford truck in to have the interior detailed, but when I got it the next day the first thing I noticed was they did not even attempt to clean the seats. There was a lot of leftover dog hair in plain site that had not been touched. In the back seat there was actually still dirt on the back seat. I let them know and they took it around back to get the dog hair. About ten minutes later the car was returned, not perfect but much better than what it was. While driving down the road and changing the radio station I noticed they clearly did not do a good job buffing the dash and left a thin film of greasey dash cleaner over everything.
I would take my car somewhere else and do not recommend Auto Concepts Northwest.

So after my appointment, I got MORE spam and had to unsubscribe again. Obnoxiously, their emails even come with a «Report Abuse» button that claims that it will stop all future email communication. I clicked it last time, and now I’ve started getting crap again. Just unsubscribed again from everything. They also sent me a form letter to let me know that Honda (corporate) might be sending me a service survey… Thanks for giving my email address to yet ANOTHER list, dudes.
This is getting pretty old, Klein Honda. Super disappointing.
(Side note — car was clean, they missed a few spots but overall, pretty clean. Since I’ve had good details at other places before, the service isn’t worth the spam hassle.)
